This evening on a TUESDAY night, I received notification by text that my order was ready. I got the deal of 2 large 1 topping pizzas with the Parmesan bites and cheese dip. I get to the store only to wait 30 minutes in my car for my food to be brought out. Why did I get a text saying it was ready and then have to wait 30 minutes? I would not be leaving this review, because I understand stuff happens. But when my food was finally brought to me, it wasn’t even hot. It’s like it had been sitting there for idk how long. I paid over $30 for me and my kids to have this meal tonight, and I am honestly very dissatisfied with everything, the biggest thing being the food not being hot. I will not be back to this location.

Never had a bad experience from the Blountville store. Always hot and fresh, and prepared correctly.
We typically do curbside pickup, and any time it has been a bit later than stated, we get 60 free points automatically on the app for a free Medium 2 topping pizza.
Can’t really argue with that.
