Not sure if it was just a off night but the crust was some of the worst we have had in a long time. We ordered 4 pizzas on the 20th (Saturday night) they all had the worst crust and the worst cuts we've ever seen for dominos?? Sorry but its the truth.

Ordered delivery and was quoted a normal time which turned into nearly 2 hours later and cold food that we basically had to take from the driver and put in the trash. Their way of making it right was giving us a coupon. We'd have to spend even more money. That doesn't make any kind of sense.
I placed an order online and they called said they have no cheese ok then the guy rudely said your order is cancelled don’t bother re ordering until we get cheese. I asked when will that be then he hangs up.

Received a burnt pizza called store to ask if it was necessary to send a burnt pizza response was about as necessary as that comment. Wouldn’t had found it necessary to make the comment if the damn pizza wasn’t burnt

I ordered 3 pizzas online. I paid $50. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes. I called and was placed on hold. Finally, the employee answers and I politely ask if I should be concerned that the pizza had not arrived. He tells me rudely that they are busy. I asked if I could at least have an estimated time of delivery. He hollers, "JEREMY!!" in my ear and puts me on hold. Then, he hangs up on me purposely. I call back and he answers again and explain who I am again. He tells me the address was wrong on my order. No trying to fix the order or get my address corrected. No phone call to get the address when my phone number is attached to my order. I cancelled the order. I wish I could choose 0 stars for the rude behavior, lack of customer service, and for not even an attempt to get the address.
