Excellent food, excellent service, and amazing owners. My husband and I had lunch (pork platters) and the food was amazing. Service was attentive and helpful. The portions were large and I had left overs to take home. This is where my brain blinked. I grabbed my leftovers and LEFT MY PURSE! Clearly the priority was the amazing food. The restaurant’s incredible owners tracked me down and even brought my bag to my house. 🥰 I cannot recommend this place enough. Supporting a good local family with amazing food! I’m so happy to have this new restaurant in Blountville.

We've been wanting to try it and we did today. We got pork bbq and baked beans and they rival Ridgewood. Next time I'll have the blue cheese dip!!! Very fresh and no additional sauce needed. The decor is very inviting and family friendly. Try it soon...you will not be disappointed! The owners and staff are so friendly!

I have been here twice now. Today's special was convict casserole (bbq beans, cornbread and cheese). It was delicious and a huge bowlful! Last week I got the Jailhouse sundae and that was really good too.

We were drawn in by the vintage and nostalgic decor. What a charming diner! Everything made us smile. We tried the BBQ pork and chicken sandwiches and slaw. It was hot, fresh and homemade. The desserts and root beer floats looked delicious. Next we will try the fried okra. We will definitely be back and will bring our out of town company here. And they have a large party room!
