On the first visit we ordered 4 combos for our family and even though the order was typed in correctly 3 of the 4 orders were incorrect. How do you mess up plain just meat and cheese? At window 2 we are asked to pull up, which I was reluctant to pull up to wait on the order. The employee stated all food is made fresh to order and we are waiting on fries. So we pull to wait, get the order, fries are far from fresh along with 3 if 4 sandwiches messed up. It's fine, I didn't want to complain about my burger and I picked onions off his burger, but when I saw why my child didn't eat her burger which was rubbery and tough, like it'd been sitting in a warmer all day, I made the call back to the restaurant. The manager on duty Ashley was very kind and replaced everything. Moral of the story: check your order ALWAYS before you leave no matter whether or not you're in a hurry, including double checking any special order sandwiches. Lastly, when we got our corrected order it was fine for us to wait because we were told we were getting all fresh food and it was really good. All restaurants should provide fresh made food to order for the price we pay for it. Do better McDonald's!

It doesn't make sense. Inconsistent experience. Either tastes old, the order is made wrong, or leave items out. You go to Pals and the order is never wrong or poor quality so I can only expect the excuse at McDonald's to be "who cares".

Went through the drive thru fries were so old they were crunchy. Chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp. Out of the $5 meal I got a McDouble and drink

They have a very well oiled machine so to speak they take there job very serious and get it done !!!! There are a few that make me want to come back ,they know what they are doing in customer service and food prep , some could learn from them .... I recommend going to this one if you're in the area ... 💜💜✨

Ripped me off . I did an order and they didn't give me all my order. I was missing 2 sandwiches that I ordered curb side and when I called them they refused to give me a refund. We are on a job over the road and can't just turn around and go back . We wanted our money back and they refused
I waited for 10 mins , then I received the wrong order . And not even a sorry for the time waste to come back and go in and get the right order . And I touched that other order so they better not give it away to the next perosn . Because they wanted the other order back so badly.
