Fries and tenders were fresh. However, there was a long black hair in the bottom of my bag. They also put barely any Oreos in my McFlurry (ordered Oreo McFlurry with Xtra Oreos). People were nice. Bad food experience.

We eat or try to eat at this McDonald’s often bc it’s convenient but every time there is something wrong with the food. This time wasn’t any different. The Big Mac was not edible at all. The meat was burnt and looked very old. Complete waist of money This is the last time.

First the lady running the register completely messed up our order twice. The manager came out and refunded us the difference for what we ordered. Not a good start to the morning.

just placed a mobile order of a fish filet, Big Mac and a large Sprite. When I pulled in there was absolutely nobody in line. I was rudely given the drink, no straw, waited 5 minutes then I was asked to pull down to the waiting window because the fish was in the fryer. I asked for a straw before pulling down and you would have thought I asked for a thousand dollars. While waiting I took a drink of the soda only to find that it tasted like seltzer water, very little flavor. I thought it might have been from having eaten a mint so I left it alone. Four or five other cars came through, got there order and left. Eighteen minutes later the girl came to the window with the order. No apology for the delay no anything. I was tired after working so I didnt wait to check on the food. On the drive home and being hungry I opened the fish sandwich only to find something black looking in the tartar sauce and on the bun. The fish was not done in the middle. Then the Big Mac was almost cold and meat dried out after requesting no pickles which meant it should have been cooked fresh. Extremely disappointed.

The quality of food is going down hill at every location. The burger is getting smaller, and the buns are normally old or stale, the hamburger is sloppy, looks like a 2 years put it together, toppings hanging off, bun half off. The fries would be better if they went back to beef tallow to fry them. I only eat here because of the cheap prices using the app, but it's starting to get on my nerves. I've just about had it with McDonald's, I'm willing to pay a little more for quality food.

Gave me burnt burgers both times I came in for a redo, then proceeded to have mustard over all the wrappers when I get mine plain, try to give me a apple pie to make up for it that went bad 2 days ago

Waited in drive thru parking lot after being directed there to wait. Watched every car behind us in line receive there food. After 25 minutes, my Wife went in to ask about our food and it had been sitting on the counter. Not sure how long. Food is barely warm and fries all dumped in the bag upside down.

Food was good at this location! The girl working was playing with her nose ring a lot when we were there. Looked like she was picking her nose... didn't go wash her hands after touching her nose! Our table had coffee or soda spots on it. The restroom was clean when we were there.
