This location has to be one of the worst! I live about 7 minutes from here so it is convenient, but what isn't convenient is having items or whole meals missing from my order. It is constantly happening!! I don't understand how hard it is to completely check a ticket and verify that every item is in the bag before you hand it out. I've worked fast food and can understand things getting left out when it's hectic, but when I'm one of 2 cars in the drive thru line I start to feel less sympathetic and more irritated. I literally pulled up to the window and the lady said did you have two milkshakes I advise her know and have to repeat my whole order to her down to the drinks. She asks did I give you one straw or two I showed her two, but I had 3 drinks....the math just wasn't mathing. They left out my daughters whole order of the #7 so I called and got told when you come back thru we will replace it for you, but I advised no thank you I would rather just have my money back because this kind of thing happens ALL the time at this location. If you have more than one item in your order I highly recommend going to a different location that knows how to count. I'm honestly not a complainer normally, but this McDonald's has really just left me no choice with the lack of ability to read and complete and whole order.

This is my THIRD terrible experience at this particular place. One time I ordered cookies. Just…. Cookies. I waited 30 minutes for them and had to go back in and ask and they had forgotten about them. Then another time, the employees were all stoned out of their gourd and couldn’t even take my order correctly. This last time, I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and they put it in as a large meal without my consent! I didn’t want the large. I wanted it the way it came. Not only that but the fries were GROSS (cold and old) and the bottom of my burger bun was so hard I couldn’t eat it.
This place is going downhill FAST. No idea what’s going on.

It was ok loud and it was more like a daycare for workers seem like they were having more fun then doing there job floors and table tops was nasty dirt and spills over the floor like walking on a sticky trap

This McDonald's was far from fast food we had a small order and it took over twenty minutes to get and then it was wrong. Things missing. I do not recommend this particular McDonald's.
