Traveling on 81 and decided to pull off for gas and grab a bite to eat. As soon as we walked in there was a worker curled up in a booth with her head on the table and didn’t even acknowledge us coming in. Took several minutes before another lady came out to fix our sandwiches. She had to make them both at the exact same time (instead of one at a time), which was aggravating and unusual as no other subway has done this before. Every single thing I asked for on my sub she asked my husband if he wanted it on his too, which was also aggravating because he isnt going to like everything I do. He kept telling her no to every time she asked if he wanted the same thing and what he told her what he wanted on his sub, and she kept cutting him off to go back to me to see what else I wanted and vice versa, cutting me off to see if he wanted the same thing on his. She acted soulless and had no emotion whatsoever. Truly made a depressing feeling in the atmosphere of the place.

When we arrived we noticed the same two employees who were working on our previous visit. They were slow then and that that has only gotten worse. We waited several minutes for them to finish serving the family of four in front of us.When it was our turn we asked which bread was the freshest. The man answered that they were all baked at the same time and were all fresh. Nope! What we got (the whole grain) was as stale as could be. My wife wanted lettuce- they were out so he disappeared for five minutes and returned with not only lettuce but four other containers. We paid for our food and sat down to eat.There was a family of three behind us and two ladies behind them. I decided to time how long it took before they got to the place to even place their order - 17 minutes! Are you traveling on 81 and planning on stopping for a quick meal? Keep driving one more exit

One of the people working the shift understood that it was a busy hour and was working her butt off trying to get the line down a long with the mobile orders. The other worker was very unhelpful. Maybe he was in training, but with a line close to the door, you would figure he would be more helpful.

Not sure If this is the right location but we stopped to get food because we were on our way home from taking our puppy to the ER vet and when my fiance dropped his sandwich he was so upset and wouldn't go back in to ask for a remake because it was "his fault" but they were so kind and remembered his order and remade it for him. They were so fast too! Amazing people!!! I don't remember their names but the guy had an earring! Love yall!

I ordered 4 subs today. There were two girls there who were making the subs. A brunette girl helped on my order until another customer came in, She then asked for his order and started making his one sub. She finished and rang him out before mine were even completed. The blonde girl finished making my order while the brunette walked to the back area. I requested hot peppers on 3 of the subs and the blonde girl opened a container to get more of them. While the blonde girl was still helping me the brunette girl came out from the back and yelled at the blonde girl, ordering her to empty all the hot peppers into the metal container. The blonde girl was very polite and respectful, but the brunette was everything but. First of all, If I was ahead of other customers then Subway should have finished making my order first. Second, That brunette girl wasn't working but wanted to yell at coworker (who was working) to put the peppers away in front of a customer. That is very upsetting to see employees being treated so disrespectfully. I never see this in Bristol or Piney Flats which makes it a more pleasant Subway to go to.
