There are rude and the lobby is dirty
Every night it seems they are always out of a menu item and the next day that manager has no idea that night crew was out of anything. You call and ask if they have what you’re needing and they inform you they do within minutes of getting out there they are out of beef which is the main ingredient for almost all their menu items, this has happened numerous times doesn’t seem like anyone cares to try to fix the problem either.
