I had placed an online order and got to the speaker and was told to come in around. We get to the window and they try to make us pay for the order behind us and we told them we had an online order and the guy told us to pull around and closed the window forcefully then the lady working the drinks said if we’re doing another order we just had a online order and so the manager came over and said no one heard us on the box and that we shouldn’t have just pulled around and we explained we we went to the speaker and someone took our name. The manger said she didn’t have a headset on so she couldn’t take our word and that her employees were correct. And so they said they couldn’t refund us since we weren’t inside

I'm getting about sick and tired with this taco bell. I order nachos all the time, sometimes I pay for extra beef and don't even get the extra beef. Today I paid for chicken and beef and got three little pieces of baby chicken and 1 tablespoon of beef on my LOADED nachos. ..... pathetic

I came to the drive thru not realizing I didn’t have the full order via text. The drive thru gal was so nice and patient answering all my questions and allowing me time to get the order figured out. After the day I’ve had, good customer service was more than appreciated. Order #293… ty 😇

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I WORKED AT TACO BELL FOR 2 YEARS AND I COULD RUN THIS STORE BETTER THAN THE 6 EMPLOYEES BACK THERE!! not a single person greeted us, we waited up at the counter for 10 mins before someone came over and asked if we needed help. Then they screwed up our order. So I then went back up to the counter and had to wait another 10 mins before someone else came to ask me again if I needed help. RIDICULOUS. they were all back there eating food. I legit watched a COOK eat food WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON AS HE WAS MAKING FOOD WITH. 🤢

Taco Bell on 394 in Blountville TN has GREAT fresh food every time I’ve went. I’m kinda picky about my Mexican pizza and it’s perfect everytime

Sat at the order speaker for 10 minutes maybe longer before they actually took my order then when I got home after getting the food and bother orders where wrong. I tried to call multiple times and could not get through due to the phone not being on the hook. They use to be pretty good at service but now it seems like everytime you go there they take for ever to get your order and your food to you, and the they are a high chance your order will be wrong.
Worst experience ever. Legit LAST 3 TIMES THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER. This last time I was fed up enough to call the local store - they kept hanging up the phone, mind you this is a Saturday night so they should be on it - instead they just don’t want to be there. ALL I GOT LAST ORDER WAS 2 DRINKS AND NEW STREET TACOS. One order! They forget the cream sauces and hot sauces and my drink was overflowing. At drive through he hands me napkins to do it, while it’s still in his hands. WTH WHY COULDN’T YOU JUST FIX IT? This store is lazy. Asked for a manager, they wouldn’t get them. Tried to call customer service, apparently they close at 7? Worst service ever, wouldn’t even give it one star. -1 actually since I’m wasting gas sitting back in line now for a mistake they consistently make and act like I’m asking too much. Again, got 3 things 2 were drinks. Only 1 was correct. Never going here again. — update, went back through, kept my cool, THEY THREW IT IN THE BAG DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT BEFORE I SAW THIS. And ps, granted the new street tacos are new and I hadn’t ordered them before but ON THE MENU it has a dipping sauce next to the picture! Why would you put it on there and not say in some sort of context it comes on there already? But never mind that, instead of nicely telling me THE GM gets pissy and raises her voice, has attitude - whole 9 yards because they threw it in the bag and it was everywhere. All cuz she says the sauce is already on there, automatically she thinks she’s in the right and gets to treat people this way?? I won’t ever be back. This is by far the worst experience in fast food/restaurant PERIOD I have ever been to!! Needs to be shut the hell down. Will post about how horrible this service is everywhere I can. People shouldn’t be treated like that WHEN WE GIVE YOU OUR MONEY. You chose the job! Don’t get attitude with me because you can’t calmly explain something. She bunched the bag up and trashed it - I asked to be refunded if I needed my card inside - she wouldn’t answer me. Then 30 seconds later says I need your card. She is an absolute joke as a GM. Hope you enjoy your pathetic food y’all make. I’m sure yours you make good though for yourself though, and screw the rest of us actually paying. That’s why this job is the best you can get. Never will be back again. Wouldn’t want even a $100 credit to be back, no amount of money can fix this, will make sure the entire Tri-Cities knows the service you get if you go to Blountville Taco Bell. Horrible service. Ps, will be contacting both the health department/inspector of TN and regional manager as high as I can go on the business chain! Had it with people like this! Even door dashers don’t want to go here to get food cuz they know it reflects on their tip! Usually food isn’t right but this tonight was insane.

Screw up the order EVERY time... Just save yourself the trouble and go elswhere. A double stack taco and side of fiesta potatoes ends up with a taco full of potatoes.... GotDamn
