Boomershines wats going on i called at 6 o'clock on weds Aug 27th the girl on the phone was very short and rude and didn't even want to listen to wat I wanted I kept having to repeat myself because she was half listening at one point I had to ask her if she could hear me

Whoever the lady was that answered the phone and took my order today was extremely rude. She didn't listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times. She was flat with me and at one point just straight up hateful. Very unfriendly, unprofessional service. Sadly this is my first impression too. I don't know if I'll be back to be honest because the prices and the rudeness of the staff just don't make the pizza worth it, unfortunately.

I won't take a if GIVE to me. Its juck. I what's its 1.89 on topping. The dough it 16.89. Then. Cheese its 1.89. Pepperoni 1.89. All the... i will get a better pizza at pizza plus in 23.00. I will say. 2 pizza. I promise you its. Juck
Tried to call from about 7:15 until 8 pm on July 22 to order a pizza and no one would answer the phone. Assume the are busy and drive up to order instead. There is one other person in there to order, 2 ladies working at a snails pace and the phone has been taken off the hook. There were no pizzas being worked on, none on top of the oven ready to go, they were the definition of completely dead. Probably because they turned the phone off. Whatever, as long as the pizza is still good. First time I had been there in years. It wasn't. It was the most bland, flavorless things I have ever put in my mouth. Didn't help that when they took it out of the oven they just tossed it on the stainless steel topped work station near the oven for 5 to 10 minutes before boxing and cutting it to give to me. The ladies working clearly don't know what happens when you put hot food straight onto cold stainless steel. Pizza was cold before I even got out of the store. Crust was soggy from the condensation that occurred from setting on the stainless steel for so long. Won't be going back. Used to eat here at least once a week from 2009 to 2017, didn't realize it had go so far downhill after I moved out of Bristol.

This place has good f ood but can't get them.to answer the phone to place a order they close at 9 but from 7p.m till 9pm no one will answer the phone to make a order it's a joke just don't waste your time trying go to another pizza place instead

I popped off the interstate and enjoyed boomershine pizza. What a neat and tasty pizzeria. The owner cooked me up a lunch pizza himself. Outstanding
