Decided after 2 years of wanting to try this place why not go today. We arrived got in quick service. We both got the BBQ pork platter and it was awful. Literally looked and tasted just like shaved thanksgiving ham with sauce. I try BBQ in every state that I go to and this was the first experience with anything like that.

the sides were great, the blue cheese dip was delicious. the meat was tender, but the flavor was not. it tasted like someone spilled a gallon of liquid smoke all over it.

Pork BBQ sandwich taste like you put bologna on a hamburger bun and poured BBQ sauce on it.. Not for me brother. Yuck

Awesome food and service. Huge portions, great prices. Blue cheese dip is good. I had the pork BBQ sandwich with hand cut fries. You can’t go wrong here. Parking is a little tight.

There is only one Ridgewood!!!! It is the best barbecue; we have traveled and eaten some pretty good barbecue all over.A must! My husband's home town! One more reason to go 🏡 again.
