Worst service EVER. Can't remember the exact time I ordered my food. But checked the tracking and said the driver left the store at 8:09. Called the store and was told they only had (1) driver and he had (5) deliveries. Got my food at 9:15. Food cold, so I called the store i was told again they only had 1 driver. So I told them I was on my way back to get my food remade. Got to the restaurant, what did I see (2) delivery drivers. But was told on the phone they had (1 )driver and it was gonna be 1hr before I got my food. So I get home open my food. (8) pc hot (8) pc plain wings had been ran back through the oven and so was the pizza. Called them to let them know i know what they had done. The wings was crispy and hot on the outside, but cold on the inside. He admitted to running the wings back through but remade the pizza. No, the crust was burnt and so was the bottom. Told him I was gonna bring it all back in the morning. He hung the phone up. I paid $35 for some food that I couldn't eat. Atp I just want my money back..... will see them as soon as they open

Terrible customer service. Angry phone calls from the store manager telling us off and basically calling me a liar when we were delivered a partial order. Missing an entire pizza and a side item- the “manager” said he cooked everything and watched everything loaded up. He INSISTED we were given everything we ordered and that we are lying.
Wait 3 months and there will probably be better customer service. Dunno.

First of all we Love dominos! And second for this little town to have os a blessings The Pizza is always hot and fresh everyone looks like doing everything to make sure that our pizza is good and the main reason I am giving this review is that one girl her name is Chasity ( I had to call to ask her name) She’s always very pleasant and happy and on top of that she go above and beyond ( I say this because not every fast food place does this) to make sure my order is right and I am the right person. Even my little girl said mommy she’s super nice I like her. She made my night and my daughter’s night and made a good example for her that having a good attitude goes a long way!!
Food was standard for dominoes, however being yelled at from the window from a lady that we needed to get back in the car to go to said window and then her walking away from said window to start arguing with a coworker when we pulled up wasn't great. Thank you to the older gentleman who did take our order and was polite about it. I had had a very bad week and this was my husband's way of trying to cheer me up.

Unfortunately it’s the only pizza spot that delivers, and their delivery is slow. The pizza tastes good but, the food usually arrives only slightly warm. If you want hot food from them, I suggest just picking up.
Was told 45 min..... 45min later told another 30min. Then get home to wrong sauce on wrong pizza's, and brown lettuce in salad and minature wings...... Absolutely unacceptable

Waited at the drive thru window for over ten minutes, finally got my order by calling the store & telling them I wanted my pizza. The excuse was "that phone's been ringing nonstop". What's the point of taking more orders when a customer AT THE STORE still hasn't gotten theirs? Great pizza, nonexistent service, won't be back.

I have to say that I've had the best service at Dominoes in Bolivar than any other restaurant I've been to there. I am from out of town but am no stranger to Bolivar because I have family there that I visit and I also grew up there. I receive less than average service most of the places I go for food when coming for a visit, with grumpy employees, long wait times, unattractive looking meals etc. I was visiting for a little over a week and ordered from Dominoes twice. The first time I was trying to order online but was having trouble figuring out some coupons so I decided to call instead. I wish I could shout out the man's name who answered the phone, but I didn't catch it. He was very kind, pleasant, and polite whereas most phone calls for carryout orders in Bolivar are answered shortly by an impatient, grumpy employee who just wants to get off the phone. He patiently walked me through the steps of using the coupons online. That order of pizza was ready very quickly, looked and tasted great. We ordered again the following week online and at the pickup window were greeted and served very kindly by two men employees. Again, the pizzas were ready fast, and were hot and delicious and looked great too. Keep up the good work Bolivar Dominoes! Show your town how it's done!
