One of my pizzas was burnt I recently ordered two Pizza's online I drove from Selmer to Bolivar to pickup my orders Because Domino's in Bolivar.Usually have great pizza.I've never had any problems with them. Until I got home and I noticed that my pepperoni pizza which I purchased for my 5 year old granddaughter was burnt.Parking: Went to window for pickup

when I ordered the food I got a pizza wings and cheesy bread and a coke I never got the coke which I was not very happy about considering I paid for it too the food was mediocre don't really have anything else terrible to say I can think of right now but all I know is I can't say anything good

Pizza was terrible, customer service is non existent. I won't be back and I'm sure that's what the employees want to hear. Great job guys. Really sticking it to the man.

I ordered pizza and wings when I got to the store to pick it up no one came to the window to ask me my order. I waited over 40 minutes before someone finally came to ask the name on my order, I paid her but she never came back with my order. I sat there another 20 minutes before anybody came to the window and I asked for my money back left. I will not be returning to this location until it get better. The customer service sucks. The employees were standing around talking,laughing and eating instead of taking care of their customers
Ordered Pizza last night for my kids, it arrives over an hour late. Pizza was ice cold, the delivery person sits the drink in between some shoes I had sitting outside. I work in a nursing home, so just imagine. Called the store to complain, of course they didn’t have a care in the world. Just imagine if the roles were reversed how you’d feel. I work too hard to be wasting my money at these establishments that apparently don’t have a care in the world about the the food they serve and their attitude towards customers. Never again! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

My pizza was cold and gross. It was poorly put together. No greeting at pick up andthe sour patch kid that came to the window refused to speak a single word to me and rolled her eyes at me when asked why. Will not purchase another pizza from Dominos.
