We have a Thursday night date at El Guadalajara almost every week, so we have tried many items on the menu. We are never disappointed, and we enjoy the atmosphere, great staff, and affordable prices.
We have several Mexican restaurants in Bolivar, but this is our favorite! The best server is Victoria. She just about knows what we want when we walk in. She's very intuitive and knowledgeable of the menu. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options and have accommodated me by making other dishes meat-free at my request. My only complaint is the dark parking lot. It could be a safety hazard as the lights have been nonfunctional for some time. Please fix this!! ...
Service was great. Food not so much it was ok but just ur basic run through the mill chain Mexican food not authentic at all margaritas are bulk house liquor store bought is much better and that’s sad service was good but food and drinks go down the road a bit
