Our order took 35 minutes to get to us and then they were out of what we ordered. They waited until about 5 minutes before bringing out what they did have to tell us. The fish that we did get was overcooked and cold.

The Lady at the front counter was not nice at all but my Husband and I ordered the same thing 3 piece Chicken strips and fries. My husband wanted fish fillets but they were out. The drink area was a mess with water or something all over the floor with no one cleaning it up just put a wet floor sign up. It took us 10-15 minutes to get our food which was cold and they had no bbq sauce!! And the biscuit was so hard you could throw it at the wall and break a window!!! The floors was dirty. Just overall experience wasn't great at all. I want be back. My first experience was bad, now 2nd want be a 3rd!

Food tasted ok , very expensive and was told had to pay for water, I think 54 90 for lunch for 3 is pricey and then have to pay for water? Oh Well! And I cleaned our table after asking for some wipes to clean table but didn't go get any, so went to bathroom for hot water and soap to clean our table
Traveled through Bolivar and stopped here. Employees seemed so unhappy. Ordered fish platters. Waited 35 minutes and was given ONE small packet of tarter sauce. We asked if we could have a few more and was told they'd have to check if they had anymore. The gal in the beanie hat never did come back to tell us if we could have more or if they even had any more. If you sell platters of fish, may want to have tarter sauce in house or at least tell the customer. Great food. Bad service.

We ordered the fish special with spaghetti today as well as 2 breast and a 3 piece tender meal . We watched other customers come in out multiple times ordering at the register and then receiving their food . It took almost an hour to receive our food , no one came to let us know anything about what the hold up was . I eventually went to check after 30 mins to see what was what just to hear oh we're waiting on chicken granted I watched at least 8 customers order and receive their food(chicken ) . We eventually get our food in which the fish was rubbery and salty , the hush puppies were over cooked , and the spaghetti wasn't seasoned at all .This is our first time going back in almost a year I expected better food and service I'll never be going here again .

The place was dead when I arrived. I got chicken tenders and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy. The tenders were fabulous but I couldn't eat the mashed potatoes...they were kind of gross. I don't quite know why.
A couple complaints: 1. For what you get, the prices are a little expensive. 2. My husband waited for one of his side dishes for almost 45 minutes. He ended up taking it home because we were all finished eating by the time it arrived. 3. The person at the counter was kind and friendly but it didn't appear as though a majority of the rest of the kitchen staff fell into that category. I said hello to another that was looking at the cases near me and she looked at me but said nothing. 4. When initially choosing my meal, I was told that many of the sides were not actually available at their location. this was odd because they were clearly listed on the menus hanging up on the wall behind the register
Got a family fish platter. The slaw was delicious and I don't really even like coleslaw!

We were passing through and thought we'd try somewhere we don't have at home. Walking in the food smelled great and looked good. Could use more information on menu( like ingredients what is in the salads and such. Also there are combo's for the sandwiches but you wouldn't know bc it is not on the menu board. We'll we ordered and went to pick a place to sit. All and I mean all the booths were dirty as were half the tables. I did say something, they said thank you, preceded to tell me the cleaner was late. We'll, there was no rush, no one should be above wiping tables down and sweeping up a bit. Left and it was still a mess...
