Service is steadily getting worse here which is sad. We went at noon today. Waited in line 22 minutes at the drive thru. We were the 3rd car in line. We ordered the sweet & spicy wings and fries and were told the wings would take 10 minutes. We drove away, mad and hungry, straight to McDonald’s and had our food in 4 minutes.

I just went to order food in the drive thru and ended up leaving because the guy taking orders was very rude and very unprofessional. I am taking my business elsewhere. If I could give them a 0-5 I would.
Usually get a burger along with plenty of napkins.

30 minutes waiting for 2 milkshakes and a burger i ordered online. Multiple cars went through the drive through before we even got ours. Finally went in to get my food and saw 2 workers doing nothing up front and 1 in the back making food. Myself and 1 other customer were waiting on the milkshakes and they hadn't even made them yet. And the lady at the counter had the audacity to get frustrated and cop attitude. WILL NOT BE BACK!! JACKS, DO BETTER AND GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!

Walked into this so called restaurant, NO one at the counter, NO one spoke, stood there for 5 minutes with employees going back and forth assisting the drive-thru so we walked out. 2 employees out on the patio, I guess taking a break. Will not go back!

On the drive Thur it said drink machine down at the moment but could offer water sweet tea or a milk shake well I didn't get offered any of that and we ordered combos. I ask about what kind of milk shakes and the lady in the drive Thur said we just cleaned our machine. Like WOW you close at 10 and I was there at 9:00 so it takes and hour to clean it. Will NOT BE BACK!!!!
It’s not that I don’t recommend Jacks but I DO NOT recommend having their food delivered to you. By the time I paid there service fee and tipped the DoorDash lady, I paid $20 for a $10 BBQ Bacon Patty Melt combo with no bacon on it. Yesterday I ordered a BLT grilled chicken salad that again, came with no bacon. I quit ordering from there for a while but thought things had changed but no- they’ll try and slide by with what the can if you’re not standing there in their presence.

I ordered through the app & still had to wait more than 20 minutes after my pick up time. When I first got to the window they told me they needed 5 minutes to cook fresh chicken after my order had been placed 15 minutes prior. When we pulled back up to the window 15 minutes later & told the guy we'd been waiting, he shut the door in our face. I've tried time & time again to give this place a chance, but I'm absolutely done with Jack's in Bolivar. Don't waste your time or money. You will absolutely be disappointed.
