I've made several trips to this location in the last few months, only because my grandson wants their chicken nuggets. They will NOT take an order through the drive thru! Yesterday my husband stopped at 4:30 in the afternoon & was told they were not taking ANY orders! I stopped today & ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal & a 4 piece chicken strip meal, had to go inside to order, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order! I placed my order at 3:16, no one else was in the restaurant in front of me, several came in after me & left before me with their orders! I received my order at 4:46!!
One of the workers carried an order out to a vehicle parked outside, came back in packed up other orders, all the while NOT wearing any gloves!!! I will not be back.... this is ridiculous service all the way around!!!

The worst KFC around. The employees are so rude. They're out of everything and every time you order through the drive thru they are going to leave something off and then get an attitude when you show them they made a mistake. You would get better service at a five-star restaurant dressed like a homeless person.

They are very rude up there and do not know how to either read or pack an order. Yesterday was my last time ever going there I called corporate today and got my full refund. I wish we could start a petition or something to get them shut down or they need to bring back mrs.ella!!

Im not understanding how a place that sells chicken is out of chicken an hour and a half early than close. Then get told that i can come back in the morning to get my chicken i paid for tonight. Its sad that i have to pre order my chicken. If i could give less than a one star review i would. Now gotta call a 1800 number just to get a refund. This is not good service.

Observed the manager drop two tenders on the floor and then proceed to package them up for a customer. No hair nets or gloves being worn in the back. Creeped out to say the least. Do not recommend stopping at this location.

Stopped by about 7pm to order an 8 piece Family Meal. Was told it would be a minimum of 20 minutes because they had nothing cooked.. What kind of Chicken place doesn't have chicken cooked... Only in Bolivar,Tn.... We left...
Employees gave me the wrong order and when i took the order back in the inside they touched all over the chicken and tried to give it to me.. Very rude employees and managers. I just got a refund.. Definitely wont go back.

Didn't even get to order our food. Walked in waited and waited. The nasty looking girls just standing back in kitchen talking. The kitchen was very nasty looking trash all in the floor standing water i assume. Looked at us and kept talking. Not a sole in the restaurant. Maybe cause we are white idk but sure seamed that way.

Really KFC have some good food but our KFC never have crispy or chicken pot pie and the service is very poor they rude when you pull to place your order but to be real they need to be taugh how to present themselves because remember these people working for you all and because of the service is so HORRIBLE I don't go there at allTHANKSCHRISTINA
