I visited Sonic to get a cherry limeade, which was as good as ever. The person who waited on me in the car, given sonic is a drive-in, was great. However, it took forever to place the order. They were fairly busy given that it was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, but they obviously were hurting with getting orders taken, fulfilled, and out to the cars. It made me not want to go back unless there are a lot fewer people there.
This is the only sonic I've found that actually gets your order right, and gets it to you promptly regardless of how busy it is. It's quick, and goodness gracious if their ice cream isn't great.
They need to put fruits in when they are ordered or discount the drink. They need to thoroughly mix the drinks.
Vegetarian options: You can get vegetarian items but not many. They recently added fried cauliflower and or broccoli and it was really good.
