This place is fast and friendly. They don't have you holding/waiting. They fix your sandwich ? the way you call it!
Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of condiments and sandwiches that will fit anyone's dietary restrictions. You KNOW what you can and cannot have so the choosing is in your court!

I'm very upset with the salads and sandwiches my husband just ordered and brought home!! The salad bowls are half empty and the sandwiches have basically nothing on them. No dressings in the bag for either salad. We are expecting a refund or meals replaced please. This is just wrong.

Stopped using Subway after they stopped taking coupons in Bolivar Tennessee
I am very upset with the sandwiches I just picked up. They look like they barely put any meat or toppings. They are mostly bread! They were really nice but when I got home with the sandwiches I was sorely surprised. I paid $43 for this order online! I do not feel I got my money's worth.
Not good service. I only buy salads there and they will put diet.dressing on it with out being asked to do so. They have less service and like all restaurants they have gone up in price with less service and smaller portions. They don't even open on some days. Since Covid this particular Sunway is not open to the public. While many others are open.. They don't answer the phone and they don't take subway coupons! Bolivar Subway is just a drag!
The older lady is Soo rude!!!! I asked fora Subway Melt(Turkey,bacon and cheese) and she put ham on my sandwich, I said I don't want ham just turkey bacon and cheese. She aggressively told me that that's what is on the club and the owner told her that I ordered a Melt not a Club. I asked if she could toast half of my footlong and she said no. I was fed up at this point bc she didn't cook the bacon and the owner asked do you want your bacon raw? I said just forget it, I'll cook it at home I guess. I don't understand why she was Soo rude, the younger girl doing Drive Thru was pleasant, I wish she would have taken my order. My place of work has food catered often and now I know why Subway is never called. I spent $18 just to leave with raw bacon after this unprofessional experience. People talk in Bolivar and I have not heard one good thing about Subway and they proved everyone right yesterday.

Went and got a footlong club hardly no meat at all same with the steak and cheese they want to charge high prices but they cut back on the meat. They will not get my business again!!!!
Extremely rude! They act like they don’t want to do their job. No greeting at the drive thru or any acknowledgment that my business was appreciated. If a customer says thank you when you hand them their food and drink, common courtesy is to say you’re welcome or my pleasure. Nope, not here! The guy just slammed the drive thru window on me. Most definitely will not be spending my hard earned money here again.
Sandwiches were slapped together very poorly and sloppy
When I arrived to pick up my online order, there were 3 cars in front of me and I could see the workers inside. The workers literally went and hid in the back to avoid me and the other customers and never answered the phone or the drive through intercom. I never got my online order after trying to to reach them and could clearly see them inside. I did however get a refund, finally after contacting corporate but this is NOT how a business should be ran. Something needs to be done.
