I haven't been in a while and we decided to stop in. I thought the cheese fries had real cheese but they had liquid cheese and it wasn't as good. I feel like it was a cheap app that went extra cheap.

Had the Monte Cristo sandwich, and the middle portions were cold. Again disappointing. Chicken tenders are great still.

Waitress was working the bar as well, she was super nice and friendly.

In defense of the restaurant, it was Sunday after church.

We were seated and waited….and waited… and waited. We were passed by servers multiple times and were never even acknowledged. We left and went to Carrabba’s. We were immediately seated and a waitress was at our table in less than a minute. I guess that’s the reason Carrabba’s was busy and Cheddar’s was empty.

We called and made reservations and even checked in when we arrived. we never got seated. Asked the host about our table and she just rolled her eyes. She seated everyone that got there after us. Her attitude gave me racist vibes. Will never go to this location again.

1/24 Friday and I just left this location at 21:23. Food was decent but my plate and my sons had the saddest looking fries and then my husband and my daughters plate came out with piping hot fresh fries. Our waiter was not friendly at all. He didn't smile once and acted like he didn't want to be there at all. And didnt even apologize or anything for our wait on the food. And he brought my food, my mom's and sons out while my husband and daughter waiting almost 10 more minutes for their food to come out. Completely unacceptable! Last time I was there I didn't have the best experience but didn't express but this time I had to cause I'm MAD!

The food is good. We come here sometimes when we are close to Franklin because we enjoy the food and especially the ribey, We ask if we can sit near the window but they say there are no tables available even though there are plenty. We don't like to sit in a place with little light so this will be our last visit to this place. We like to sit where we like and not where they force us to sit. A restaurant loses customers when they don't respect their request.

Cheddar's is one of our favorite restaurants from back home. So when I found out there was a location only about an hour away, I knew it would be the perfect anniversary location. The food was amazing as always, but the service just wasn't as good as it normally is. They were very slow and it was clear that our server wanted to go home early, so we felt very rushed to get through our meal. It's really sad that the service wasn't good because honestly, the food is good enough to make the drive worth it, but not to be met with poor service.

We had to wait 15 minutes until someone cleaned a table ( there was only 10 people in the place) Food sucked. Took forever to get it, then it was cold! More tables not cleaned off then there was customers there!! Every time we've come it gets worse!!!! We're DONE...

Kitchen staff seems sub par … someone took a smashing hammer to the bread, like chewing on a crouton.

Wisconsin cheese bites came out over cooked, dripping of grease, didn’t even try to strain them prior to plopping them on the parchment paper, sweet tea isn’t sweet, my salmon came out cooked like it was beef jerky, I sent it back, they bring the same piece of salmon back out, same sides “cold”, so I told the server, this is the same food, why would you bring me the same food? Apparently there was a mix up in the kitchen “again”. My meal is now free can’t beat free right?

Well they bring out a new piece of fish but guess what the sides were the same, “cold” they didn’t even try to remake the whole plate. Roughly 5-7 spoon fulls of rice under the fish.

Chicken that was ordered was bland, no seasoning, straight batter and fried. Bring your own seasoning kinda place.

I left a $15 tip for the waiter/bartender because you sir did a good job, however your kitchen and hostesses did not. I appreciate everything you tried to do to make the evening dinner better but everyone else failed you and me.

I will not be back at this location to eat ever again.

I've always enjoyed cheddar's. It's probably the only place around that's fair on price. Pain Killers are always a plus. (Pain killers is a menu item) Rarely have bad servers. Buffalo chicken wraps are my go to.

AVOID AT ALL COST....

We came here to eat at 9:40pm...they close at 11pm. The dinning room was empty. At most, four active tables. Three different servers saw us up front waiting to be sat and just walked by. I thought one of them was going to get the hostess In the bar area, there were four employees sitting laughing and talking. They looked at us several times. After eight minutes of waiting (yes, I timed it) I decided to go in the bar and ask if they are still seating people. They all said yes, we don't close until 11pm. The hostess was one of the people talking in the bar. The hostess came to the front and started looking on the computer to find a table. I asked her what happened because you saw us. She said, "don't worry because we can seat you". I then asked who os the manager on duty, she told me "Travis". I asked her could she get him. She then tells him I was upset because we weren't sat. I explained to him, I'm displeased because so many of your people saw us waiting and continued to ignore us. He says, "oh, I'm sorry about that" the grabs some menus. I told him no thank you, you all clearly did not want us dinning here and I will just leave a review saying what happened.

I just ate at this particular restaurant on Thursday night. It was a pregnant girl that was our waitress. I used my debit card to pay for my transaction. When I signed the copy I put $0 for the tip and the amount of our food order, THE EXACT AMOUNT, under that part. I just got a text message that apparently the woman that was our waitress added her own tip to our bill. THIS IS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AT ITS BEST TO ME. I'm highly upset because I use my debit card all the time and have never had this happen. Please be aware of people doing this because it's unfair and downgrading to do to hard working people. Now I'm worried did she take my card information when she went a ran my card. I always sign my receipts so I'm baffled to say the least. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE PLEASE
