Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Stopped while traveling through. Got great service the food was delicious. And left with a drink refill to go as I got back on the road. I travel through the area at least 4 times a year and this Cheddars might be on the short list to stop by. There are not any close to where I live.

Everything was not as we expected, I ordered a lemonade it taste just like water they changed it but it’s still taste like water, or served ❗️Reagan L❗️ was very unprofessional, when I ask her for my missing garlic bread on my pasta she give me and attitude like I was asking for more or something, she forgot or free croissant if we didn’t not ask her for it she will never give it to us, the food take a little while, the presentation was poor! At the end we just ask for or check we tell her that we want to split the check of $64 she couldn’t do that right either I guess she doesn’t know simple maths. It was really a very disappointment Night no wonder why the restaurant was really empty!!!!

Food was mid to say the least brought us meatloaf with white gravy never seen that before it tasted like cardboard very tough and dry the croissants literally flaked off at tough and were crunchy the carrots had an odd after taste and the carrot cake was just no it’s cold slightly wet flavorless and has way too much coconut will not be back

We remember eating at one of the very first Cheddars, in Indianapolis, years ago. It was across from the Lafayette Square Mall. It burnt down. 😳 We didn’t see another Cheddars until probably 2015 or so, in Avon and Mooresville, IN. The Mooresville one didn’t survive but the Avon one is still thriving. We live in Tennessee now, and found this one while driving around Nashville. We were glad we stopped in to get those yummy honey laden croissants. ❤️ I also got the veggies sides, which are so good. It seemed like we stepped back in time. The quality and atmosphere was still the same as we remembered it. We hope Cheddars stays around for a long time to come.

I came here for lunch. I the Cajun pasta. It has smoked sausage, chicken & shrimp with bell peppers and onions. The only ingredient that can be removed is the shrimp. It was tasty and cooked fresh.

This was our first time! My son and I wanted dessert before our meal and the waiter made it so fun with their suggestions. The food was overall was decent. Nothing to rave about back home but a good meal and what you’d expect from a diner. The spinach dip was not great and I didn’t like it and wanted it taken off the bill so the staff graciously agreed and I appreciated that! Would recommend and go back

I usually don't write reviews, as I prefer to let people discover places for themselves. However, my experience at this restaurant was an exception. I was seated near the kitchen and ordered salmon with a side of corn and mashed potatoes. The salmon was severely undercooked, and the sides were bland.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I overheard a manager, whose name I believe was John, loudly scolding one of the waitstaff after they spilled some tartar sauce. The employee looked upset, and it was difficult to enjoy my meal after witnessing the interaction.
Overall, the quality of the food and the unpleasant atmosphere made for an embarassing dining experience. I won't be returning.

The manager john came and spoke to my fiance and I after there was a small hold up in the kitchen. He was patient, kind, friendly and genuine. We appreciate such good service from a manager that seems to care about his customers as well as his employees.

My daughter and I new favorite restaurant in town! From the beautiful fish tank to the stunningly unique fans above; to the delicious pastries they bring out before your meal with the dripping honey butter on top! Yum!! Jaylee was absolutely amazing! She was personable and informative. My daughter has the kids Alfredo with shrimp. It was delicious! I had the Monte Cristo. That was also amazing! Chips and queso as an appetizer filled us up first! Hands down best restaurant and would totally recommend!
