Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream Brentwood

We love Chill-N! Your ice cream is freshly made to order, so it takes a little time and makes a bit of noise, but the flavor and texture is worth it- so fun to be able to customize your base, flavor, and mix-ins! We have tried the yogurt and ice cream, and they are both incredibly smooth and tasty.

The staff is efficient, friendly, and professional.
Also, this place is spotless! It is so confidence-inspiring to see a very clean restaurant- even the bathrooms were very clean.

We look forward to coming back frequently!

Went at the right time!

My experience at the chillin at Brentwood was horrible. I have a soy allergy. I went and informed them of said allergy. They had me read the syrup and it didn’t have soy so I ordered a vanilla. I get my ice cream and as I was eating, I see brown streaks in it. I assume it’s some kind of chocolate that somehow got in. Chocolate usually has soy. I stop eating it. Just a few minutes later we leave and my stomach starts to hurt. I realize I’ve been exposed to soy. I call them and they put the manager on. She told me that they accommodate for a lot of allergies (obviously not mine because they had no clue what did and didn’t have soy when I went in). She proceeds to tell me that maybe it’s from eating off of someone else’s ice cream. I told her that couldn’t have happened when I didn’t have anything but my own. I can’t eat after people because of my allergy and I could tell what they got had soy. She proceeds to say she’s so sorry and asked if there was anything she could do. I tell her I don’t know because this doesn’t usually happen because people are usually careful and don’t give me my allergy. She proceeds to apologize again and says goodbye and hangs up on me. This was my first and last experience with this place. Horrible.

The ice cream is so thick!!!!!

I ordered Ube flavored ice cream and the flavor was spot on!!!

HOW is it we are just now finding this place???

So creative, so yummy, so smooth- the best ice cream I've had in a hot minute. We will be back!

Very disappointing given the other reviews.
The place is excessively white and bright and loud there is nothing inside to absorb the sound.
The ice cream was very expensive and fairly flavorless. Very little ingredients put in the additives.
Yes it was creamy but again very little actual flavor.
Definitely will not go here again

Was amazing!

Even a busy Saturday night crowd can’t stop this place from being amazing! Staff were attentive and working through orders efficiently with a smile on their face. We love getting a treat here!
