We had Dickies delivered for a business lunch. I don’t like bbq, but the park and chicken were tender and tasty. The Cole slaw was balanced and just creamy enough. Baked beans were a great consistency and not sweet.

Store was unmanned when I went into the store. After 2 minutes someone came out to take my order. Told him I wanted two western combs. Brisket and jalapeno chedder sausage. Took 30 minutes plus hot as hell in the store. Took the manager to come out to put on my sides of okra. Get home and one side of both sandwiches are just sausage the other is barely has any brisket. There is supposed to be both of the meats on both sandwichs. I have gone into this store since it opened back around 2015. New owners need to do something or just shut down. Will not ever go back. Also two other customers came in after me and were ignored. Had to grab my own cups. Worst service I've ever had from this franchise.

I waited a week to post this. I called and asked them to Fix my issue but still no call. I bought about $300+ worth of food and when I opened up the group pack, I found a long black hair in the cole slaw. I called them back the next morning to let them know. And they said they would contact me back and it’s been over a week. I don’t like the idea that if someone calls because they have an issue they don’t respond. Especially when you spend your hard earned money.

New to TN and first time at Dickey's BBQ Pit in Brentwood. Had excellent service today (6/18/25). Staff was friendly and helpful and food was very tasty. We'll be back when we're in the area.
