Birthday celebration for my wife. We have been to Firebird's on several other occasions and enjoyed our meal. On this trip the service was good but I can't say that about the food. I ordered a Smoke House burger with Tator Tots. The best part of the meal was the Tater Tots. AS far as the burger is concerned I have to attempt it was disappointing. The burger was cooked Med Rare just as I ordered but what I found off putting was the cheese. It's served with shredded smoked cheddar which is fine but it's put on post cooking. The cheese didn't get enough heat to melt and when combined with the grilled onions it was more like a paste than cheese. It had a very grainy texture which as not pleasant at all. For my wife's meal she ordered the three course meal. Two out of three were excellent. The Caesar Salad was great and the fritters we delicious. Unfortunately her sirloin was a disaster and basically ruined our whole experience. She ordered it Med Rare and when it arrived it was cooked to almost no pink. She thought it would be ok until she began to eat it. It was a subpar cut of meat and over cooking it made it inedible. The server was extremely helpful and offered to have it redone. That was fine but it took quite a long time and caused us to sit there and watch each other eat our meals separately. As I mentioned above we have had several good experiences at Firebird's in the past and I just hate the first bad one was so bad and happened on a special occasion.
We had a great time! We were celebrating our anniversary and the team welcomed us with a sweet happy anniversary sign and a complimentary glass of champagne. They went out of their way to make us feel special. Great experience!
The food and service were excellent and the noise level was low enough to allow normal conversation.
My experience every time I come is always welcoming and Im grateful for the amazing hospitality. I always love celebrating all my accomplishments and occasions here and making memories with Firebirds.
Enjoyed a leisurely lunch on the patio and our waitress was very accommodating as we had extra time to kill before heading to the airport. The food was awesome and the time spent was very enjoyable with great weather. We have been to Firebirds many times and they are really consistently good whether for dinner or lunch plans.
Good food and amazing service. Received informative table recommendations from our server and the drinks+food arrived in a timely manner.
This was our second visit and we came back for the Ahi Tuna Appetizer, it is amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and they made us feel special with a hand signed birthday card. The sea bass and aged ribeye were phenomenal!
The restaurant was very loud. The drink service was extremely slow and the gnats made it almost impossible to eat. The staff was apologetic for the slow service and it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed.
Barbara was our server and she was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about her. She had a nice smile and pleasant attitude. The food was good, however I'm extremely disappointed there's no more cilantro grilled chicken entree!! That's one of my favorites. Please put it back on menu. I'm a VERY regular Firebirds customer. The restaurant has nice decor. It's a relaxing atmosphere, even if it was quite loud last night. The noise level is not something the restaurant can control, however. It's always a nice time at Firebirds.
Food and service is Always great! Like the way the management always add a special treat during holidays. Today the Easter Bunny handed out eggs to all of the customers including the adults. LOVED IT!

The weekend brunch was delicious and particularly festive on Easter Sunday! The service was superb and the prices were good considering the ambiance, service and food quality...all of which were excellent. We'll be back!
I want to thank Firebirds staff! Everybody was so sweet as we celebrated an engagement. They set out flowers and gifts up at the table before we sat. The manager offered the happy couple a champagne toast and a sweet dessert to share. They even had a custom card signed by all the employees. They went above and beyond making my son and his fiancé special. (And the food was superb!)
The food was good and the service was great, The Manager even came bye to check on everything
Enjoyed a great meal and visit on the patio. Food was very fresh and tasty. It is a little pricey but service was great! Our thanks to our server Maia!!
We eat at the Atlanta Firebirds locations often, so we decided to try the Brentwood location while we're traveling. The small plate of cauliflower with a spicy Thai sauce and toasted pumpkin seeds was spicy but delicious! Salmon was pretty good but undercooked, so a little slimy. The seasonal grain pilaf was good but barely warm. Parmesan mashed potatoes were better this time because they were moist. The charred carrots we eat often at the Atlanta Firebirds are always delicious but these tonight in Brentwood had a good char, but were not tender at all- required a steak knife to cut them. The bread was delicious as always! The young server was nice & attentive.
