We chose this restaurant for our Friendsgiving dinner based on the many great reviews and near–5 star rating. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the hype. We had a party of 12, and all of the meat dishes were extremely oversalted. We were genuinely hungry (saving calories for dinner!), so we ate—but ended up drinking a ton of water just to get through the meal. I brought this up to the manager on duty, not asking for anything off the bill, just suggesting they check in with the chef because something was clearly off. Her reaction felt skeptical rather than receptive, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the salmon and ahi tuna were decent, and the steak and ahi tuna presentations were nicely done. But for a place where dinner for two easily approaches $200, the food quality should be much more consistent. The steaks, pasta, and burgers across the table were all overwhelmingly salty. We also ordered four Old Fashioneds (two people), and all four tasted different—which shouldn't happen with such a classic cocktail. To top it off, right before we left, the woman at the next table sent her steak back for the same reason. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in the kitchen, because the potential is there, but the execution was not.
The two of us had a delicious salad lunch recently and our server Maria was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the menu. She offered to split an entree salad between the two of us and it was the perfect solution. The Colorado Chicken Salad was a delicious blend of elements. I will definitely come again!
Everything from start to finish perfect. Greeted at the door knowing our names, waiter was so friendly and professional we left feeling like friends. Manager came by and said hi and happy birthday. Your people have set a standard so high we can not go anywhere else for a birthday celebration . Carl Fergueson
First of all, we have eaten at Firebirds lots of times through the years. Our server Katelyn (not sure of the correct spelling) was PHENOMENAL!!! She did an outstanding job and is exceptional at her job! She took amazing care of us :) I ordered the 9 oz filet medium rare. It was tough and not flavorful, talk about a disappointment. I've had this same steak here before and it's been delicious! I also had a baked potato which was pretty good but it had way too much salt on the outside. My husband ordered the three course meal which was the ribs, french fries, and crème brûlée cheesecake. The fries were good. The crème brûlée cheesecake is out of this world ~ highly recommend! The ribs had very little meat on them and were tough. My husband was very disappointed with the ribs,
For the first time ever, our Firebirds meal was less than excellent. Maybe because it was November 11, and veterans ate free - for which we are grateful. On a positive note, the lobster spinach queso was so good that we were tempted to just eat from the bowl without the chips. And my baked potato was fluffy and loaded with good fillings. Sadly, though, while not exactly tough, the filets were not tender and the outside stayed under the fire a bit too long. Service was excellent. We were seated immediately and our server was amazing. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the noise level allowed comfortable conversation. The small deviation from their usually outstanding fare will not prevent us from returning soon.
So dependable for great selections, delicious, well balanced food and great service. My generous Grilled Shrimp and Strawberry Salad was perfect...well dressed with bits of every part right to the last bite. Always look forward to eating here! Loved seeing more non-alcoholic drink options - had the mint/lime/ginger beer - it was tart and fabulous! We tried the doughnut hole appetizer off the brunch menu and they were fresh and warm and both the sauces were delicious (Chocolate & Berry). Two comments - berry sauce was a bit runny, and there should have been 4-6 more holes (comes with 8) in the serving for the price, and less of the two sauces, which even after dipping each hole, 2/3 remained.

I believe our server was overwhelmed. She had a lot of large tables and seemed in a rush when taking our orders. Our food was not hot when it arrived, other than the carrot cake, and that cake was delicious. That's how I rated a three.

Jordan was absolutely amazing. Everything about Firebirds Wood Fired Grill was amazing from the food to the atmosphere and drinks 10/10.
The service was outstanding, food was delicious. Every time we come to Brentwood, TN visit grandson, we have to eat at Firebirds, it's a must.
There celebrating a birthday. Food was excellent, our server was friendly and professional. They decorated the table for the birthday which made it extra special. Will definitely dine at Firebirds again.
Disappointed that they've taken assorted soups off the menu to focus on Chicken Tortilla and Chili. My fried flounder was barely cooked. Not crispy and hot like I've come to expect.
Had my wheelchair bound dad with me. Found a perfect table for easy access. Service was speedy and friendly. Food was great as always. And as we left, multiple staffers held doors for my dad and I - very thoughtful team working there in every position.
