The food was great & the service was A+! Firebird's definitely a part of the after church rotation for brunch/lunch spots..

We had a party of 10. Everyone was happy about their food selections. We had a combination of Cajun chicken pasta, steak, roasted chicken, cheeseburger, chicken tenders, fries, onion rings and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, lemon drops too. It was ALL delicious!

Food for 3 of 4 guests was excellent. The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich was not up to Firebirds quality standard. Chicken slice was thin, over cooked, and tough. This was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever been served, anywhere. Should improve quality or remove item from menu.

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here last night. It is our favorite restaurant to attend whether a special occasion or not. Last night was particularly busy so the service was slower than usual however, we would like to give recognition to the manager and his staff for making up for the interruption to the service. He was kind enough to comp our meal, given the wait while they attended to a bigger party next to us. Our waitress was cordial and kind and checked on us periodically and we are thankful, even though the setback, that we were treated as well as we were. We will be returning, of course, and recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Thanks again to the staff here.

Great staff and great food. They have upped the prices and made some changes to the menu like splitting the side choices to standard vs premium and then charging more for premium, when it was all the same price before.

Kathryn was a great server! Attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! Filet was GREAT as were the BLT salads. Chilean Sea Bass was a little fishy which it usually is not. Lovely drinks and the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake was great!

Katelyn was my server and she was amazing. Helped with every question and even helped make my friends birthday special. 10/10 recommend

This a perfect spot for whatever the occasion. We've been here celebrating college graduation, birthdays, or even just celebrating a Tuesday. My family and I really like it.

Food was extremely dry and had zero flavor. Very bland for the price. Service was great our server was pleasant but the meal was severely disappointing.

Quieter than many restaurants. We love this place. Food is always good. Service is always excellent. Ours is busy but reservations help.

We were thoroughly impressed with this establishment! The food, the service & friendliness of the staff and the ambiance was amazing and we can't wait to get back there! Absolutely loved it!

Birthday celebration for my wife. We have been to Firebird's on several other occasions and enjoyed our meal. On this trip the service was good but I can't say that about the food. I ordered a Smoke House burger with Tator Tots. The best part of the meal was the Tater Tots. AS far as the burger is concerned I have to attempt it was disappointing. The burger was cooked Med Rare just as I ordered but what I found off putting was the cheese. It's served with shredded smoked cheddar which is fine but it's put on post cooking. The cheese didn't get enough heat to melt and when combined with the grilled onions it was more like a paste than cheese. It had a very grainy texture which as not pleasant at all. For my wife's meal she ordered the three course meal. Two out of three were excellent. The Caesar Salad was great and the fritters we delicious. Unfortunately her sirloin was a disaster and basically ruined our whole experience. She ordered it Med Rare and when it arrived it was cooked to almost no pink. She thought it would be ok until she began to eat it. It was a subpar cut of meat and over cooking it made it inedible. The server was extremely helpful and offered to have it redone. That was fine but it took quite a long time and caused us to sit there and watch each other eat our meals separately. As I mentioned above we have had several good experiences at Firebird's in the past and I just hate the first bad one was so bad and happened on a special occasion.
