Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I ordered a glass of wine, it was too sweet and asked to switch it out, said I'd even pay for it and the server acted like it would come out of her paycheck and argued with me what wine she brought. She must have retaliated and did something to the Chilean seabass I ordered because I went home with a stomach ache and food borne illness symptoms. I called to speak to the manager and all he suggested was I come back in for him to make it right. Why would I want to go back and risk another bad experience?

Went to Firebirds in Brentwood for our Cousins trip and we had the nicest most inviting waitress. Her name was Niyah and she made our experience five star. Thank you Niyah for showing us Nashville hospitality.

It was our 32nd wedding anniversary and first time we were here and they absolutely treated us like a king and queen!

Annie our server was absolutely exceptional and the GM Jorge was top shelf. Definitely recommend whatever they’re getting paid it’s not enough.

We went with our friends on our last night in Franklin. It was a very enjoyable experience! Parking...not so much.

Worst service ever. I went here with a decently sized group, though I truly don’t think any of us had a great experience. Food and drinks took forever our server was terrible I don’t even know her name she never introduced herself never let us know what beers and food they were out of. She rarely checked on us I watched her pass by our table 3 times looking at it never once stopped. My friend ordered a beer and it took her 20 minutes to tell us that there was none left so he asked for a different one, which took another 20 minutes to tell us that the other beer was also out our server then proceeded to almost force my friend to order alcohol which in my opinion is VERY unprofessional he told her 6 times he was fine and didn’t want anything and 20 minutes later she proceeded to come back with a beer don’t even know what kind and then had the nerve to charge us for it. I wish I knew the name of the other server, as despite having a couple of other tables himself, he was the one who helped us out the most by answering our questions and refilling our water since our server couldn't be found? When she came back after a while she just walked by our table then turned a corner and a I saw a HUGE cloud of smoke coming from the corner! What type of server smokes/vapes in the restaurant instead of actually helping out the table they have?!?! That aside, the food took quite a bit longer than I expected, but I figured it was because of our parties size, so I didn't really complain about that. The food itself was subpar, you could get just as good, if not better, from AppleBee's for way cheaper! The utensils and the napkin were so dirty I actually just grabbed another set off a table beside us, only for the next two I grabbed to be even filthier! I’m absolutely appalled by everything at this restaurant, and the fact that our server was allowed on the floor. She clearly needs A LOT more training. Whoever said she was good to work the floor should be embarrassed. I was honestly excited hoping for a new place for dates and celebrating birthdays and anniversaries but we will never be back. Only takes one bad experience/server to ruin a restaurant. Oh and for such a fancy and expensive place the bathroom was disgusting.

As we are visiting Nashville we selected a restaurant near our hotel. We had multiple choices but after looking at the menus of each location we chose Firebirds, and we are glad we did. Upon entering you are met be a friendly professional staff. Once seated our server Ally greeted us and brought water. We placed our drink order and then looked the menue over. We both pick the 3 course meal. Ceasers salad. Salmon and shrimp for mine, Ceasers salad and Baby back ribs for my wife. Each came with two sides then a desert that was called petite. One being cheese cake and one being a Browne with ice cream. Chocolate syrup. If these were petite. I would believe that the regular size would be enough for two. The manager stopped and checked to make sure all was well, and it was. If you haven't been here. You need to go. If you've been its time to return.
