“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ugadi Indian Grill Excellent Indian food in Murfreesboro. The Tandoori Chicken was juicy and perfectly spiced, the naan was fresh and soft, and the mutton soup was rich and comforting. The Mysore Masala Dosa was the standout—crispy, golden, and filled with a spicy, tangy potato mixture. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and authentic flavors. Highly recommend if you’re searching for great Indian food near you. Will definitely return.“

“The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent! We had three orders of it, all with different heat requests: Baby Mild, Medium, and Spicy Hot (but not too hot). Each of the three was perfect for the diner who ate it. The Samosas were also very tasty. I love the green sauce that comes with them.“

“How refreshing to find an Indian buffet again that is actually delicious. House of India may very well now be the beat Indian Reataurant in the Nashville area. Friendly staff, appropriately flavorful and spicy dishes (even on the buffet). So many buffets I've been to in recent years are overly sweet and bland. Not this place. If you used to go to Bombay Palace more than a decade ago, this is like that. Same owners in fact. So good.“

“This restaurant was definitely one of my favorite vegetarian Indian spots I've had in awhile. The lady that served us was respectful and was very helpful with making choices from the menu. The Masala Bhaji Pav was a game changer for me. Good amount of spice and a great combo with appetizers. Would recommend.“

“Best Indian food around. My absolute favorite. Always great service. The server Avinash was excellent ❤️“
“10/25/2025 we came here and ordered food to go. We ordered the garlic naan, classic tikka bowl with paneer which is cheese. I thought it was tofu at first. The food was delicious! So flavorful and was perfect with the garlic naan.
I would definitely recommend stopping here for food. There are little tables you can sit at and eat or take it to go which we did. My total was $42.38, well worth it!!“

“Friendly service. I honestly was headed to Jamaicaway and realized they were closed on Saturdays. I decided to come back to this place because it smelled so good on the way in. I had the curry meal. it comes with two curries, rice and Naan. I chose the goat curry and Tikka masala and they were both excellent. The rice was the vegetable kind and it was very flavorful. The Naan was not dry at all. I'm not from the Nashville area but I would come back frequently if I lived here.“

“Saw a review of Everest Restaurant and Bar and saw they served Nepali, Indian, and Bhutanese cuisines. I’ve never had Nepali food and looked forward to learning how different it was from Indian foods. My server Sushmita took my drink order, and I wanted to try a Gorkha Beer from Nepal. Sadly, they were out of Gorkha so I went with Taj Mahal beer from India…a very good lager. I wanted to try a variety of different items and informed Sushmita my spice level was mild, so I ordered the following: Chicken Momo JHOL. I’m still not sure if this is a soup or a dumpling stew. The Momo are pretty big, and there were eight of them in this dish. I would rank this “soup” as one of the best soups I’ve ever enjoyed and would order this again and make this my meal! The Lamb Thali is a platter made up of several different dishes which are supposed to create a balanced meal. I cannot remember what Sushmita called each little cup of food or sauce on the tray but the lamb was to be eaten with one, two, or many of the side sauces or garnishments. The lamb was slightly overcooked but wasn’t tough and overall this was still a good dish and an experience in itself. I did figure out the small round ball is the dessert item called Gulab Jamun…OMG it was rich, sweet, and delicious. The place is not much to look at on the inside but it is clean, and while Sushmita and I may have experienced some communication issues, she took great care of me. There are a few more interesting noodle dishes here I would love to try on my next visit.“

“So good! Great food. Great atmosphere. Great music playing. Everything was so good. I had the lamb curry and I asked for it spicy. The spice was just right.“
