I had heard good things about this bakery in Brentwood so when I was preparing to throw my baby sister a surprise party for her 50th birthday, I reached out to them to inquire about a custom cake. They were prompt with their responses and very helpful in placing my order. I dropped off ribbon and flowers to add to the cake and they did such a beautiful job. I was ecstatic with how the finished product turned out. My reason for not giving 5 stars is I wished they would have explained the importance of refrigerating the cake. It had started to melt/sink before the event which was really disappointing. They put a sticker on the back of the box with instructions but I never looked at the back. I would recommend to the store owner that they place the sticker on the front of the box for us newbie customers. Other than that, the cake was great! Beautiful and delicious! And now YOU also know the importance of refrigeration.

This cake was awful. Hard texture, odd brown color, it was extremely dense, very disturbing and unpalatable sour taste. I am unhappy with this birthday cake and it was not worth the $87.

We were taking dessert to a small family dinner including a 4 year old. The cupcakes made such a good impression that they are now requested for her birthday party! These are the gold standard!!

We used Ivy cakes for our daughters wedding. I highly recommend!!! Everything was perfect! The most moist cake I have ever eaten. The flavors, raspberry filling with almond icing, were delicious! The cake was stunning and very elegant! Exactly what our daughter had envisioned!

New mom here... I was preparing for my son's first birthday and had spaced on ordering a cake (also I had no idea on standard custom cake turnaround time). I called early in the week and asked about ordering a cake. They mentioned the turn around time is normally a couple weeks but they do sometimes have ready made cakes on hand. I stopped in a few days later and grabbed the ONLY non chocolate cake left. The cake was beautiful and they even wrote a birthday message on it. We also grabbed some mini cupcakes and a regular cupcake as a sort of smash cake. The cake flavor was delicious, everyone loved it! The full size cupcake had an interesting flavor more akin to a sweet cornbread but was still good. I'd definitely go back and support this adorable small business but now I know to order several weeks in advance.

I ordered ombré cake with cream cheese icing for my son's 13th birthday. I wanted it to be really special for him because he had a few months that were really difficult. The cake was clearly not iced with cream cheese icing. It was buttercream. It wasn't what he wanted and ruined what should have been the highlight of his day. I emailed the owner. She told me their cream cheese icing is closer to a buttercream and I should have asked for it to be more like cream cheese! Really? No apology. She blamed it on me. They messed up and could have apologized and offered a discount at the very least. I will never use them again.
Moved up from Florida and was looking for a shop that could live up to my fav spot in Florida! Hands down you guys are amazing! I have found my new fav shop! Absolutely delicious!

Iveycake knew just what I had in mind when I asked them to make an Asian-themed 60th birthday cake with the flavors I requested. It came out beautiful and it was delicious! An Iveycake is rich and flavorful. We had 10 guests and only ate half of the 8 inch cake at the party. Also, Iveycake was easy to work with. As soon as we were set on design, flavors, size and pick up date, I was able to pay right online. The cake was ready to go when I went to pick it up.
