At first we were a little taken aback by not having table service only to be pleasantly surprised that it actually made our dining experience more pleasurable. Therefore anything we needed was readily available as quickly as we wanted to grab it. The friendly helpful cashiers made up for the lack of table service. The ribs were tender and juicy, okra was likely breaded and fried to perfect crisp and baked potato was fluffy and fresh.
Walked in to a friendly waitress, we were allowed to sit where we wanted. Then order at the counter, the food was brought to our table. The service was fast! Even their banana pudding is delicious. The facility was very clean, the music was the classic kind and not super loud. They have rub seasonings and BBQ sauce for sale either by individual items or in a pack. Went in last night with 9 kids and 4 adults. The staff was respectful and helpful!!! Often times kids can be overlooked especially in a large group. Not here! Food was yummy and hot.
