I do not recommend this business. I had to drive a whole mile just to be let down. It was abandoned. I got my hopes up high because I really like Jersey Mike's (except for when it is abandoned) SO DO BETTER!

My experience was terrible. The mobile ordering for this location didn’t work. And upon having to redo my entire order, I received my sandwich. THEN WHEN I BIT INTO IT, i looked down and saw a hair and found a hair IN MY MOUTH as well. Then, while trying to get a refund, they took a long time and then checked AGAIN to see if there was even a hair after not believing one of their own employees.

This is typically my favorite place to order subs. I ordered a delivery today and spent $33 with fees. I had to throw away my roast beef sub. It had so much vinegar and oil and pepper spread on it it was not edible. I spent extra money for extra roast beef. Very dissapointing. Just tried to call to speak with the manager but no answer. It's only 5:55 pm. They say on website they are open til 7. I would like someone to contact me fir a refund.

Very disappointed. Horribly over-salted. I got the Kahuna Cheesesteak and the meat was inedible because it had way way way too much salt. I had to throw away more than half the sub. Whoever is managing this shop needs to re-train the cooking process. The customer service was good and friendly though. If you go to this location, I recommend getting a cold sub instead as it's harder to mess up. Go to Cool Springs location if you want a philly/hot sub.

Pretty frickin sweet, they got everything a man could want: finely crafted wooden chairs. You can tell the second you sit down that these are not machine made sitting accommodations, these are finely hand crafted seating apparatuses! Beautiful solid oak frames with comfortable gray cushions to boot. Really just incredible, and the craftsmanship is truly top notch. They have a couple chairs over in front of the restrooms that are extra, and sometimes when I'm there if I can get away with it ill sneak one into the bathroom, sit down, and just weep uncontrollably. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. The foods ok I guess, kinda pricy though :/

We received a very large, $250+ corporate order from this Jersey Mikes via Grubhub. No items were labeled by name. This order was a nightmare to distribute. It took 3 people almost 15 minutes to sort, match up, and distribute our food. We think a bag of chips was missing, but we are not even sure because of the lack of identification. Also, two sandwiches were switched from the content labeling. With Covid, this is even dangerous to touch and switch the food. Utensils and Napkins were missing despite this being requested with the order. Our company will not order again.
