Executive Chef Jorge’s food is fantastic. He and his team are creative and fastidious in their execution. Executive Sous Chef Hil makes creative and delicious sauces. The hosts and servers in the front of house are talented and strive and attain excellent service. Joey made sure we had a wonderful time while eating delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant and the experience they offer to everyone.
Outstanding on so many levels. First time there and we will be regulars. Ambiance, venue, food and service were exceptional. Our server, Evan, was top notch. A true professional, knowledgeable about the menu, kind, welcoming and thoroughly attentive. We hit a home run here. Well done Mere Bulles! Look forward to our next dining experience at your fine establishment.
We dined at Mere Bulles yesterday afternoon for lunch. The food was excellent but more important - the atmosphere is welcoming and the people there are compassionate. Highly recommend.

Mere Bulles Restaurant & Events offers excellent food with great portion sizes and flavors. The service is friendly, and the staff is helpful. The Sunday brunch buffet had some overcooked items, but the service was superb. The outdoor seating and delightful weather complement the delectable seafood, salmon, and desserts. Appetizers to desserts are excellence, with breaded artichoke hearts so unique and delicious, and a beautiful charcuterie board. Entrees from monkfish special, lamb chops, and filet were all cooked perfectly. Carrot cake was the best ever—incredible. Wills provided impeccable service for a perfect evening for outdoor dining on the patio, making Mere Bulles a middle Tennessee gem. Shrimp cocktail, fried green tomatoes, and tuna tartare were stellar, as was the soup. The flounder special received no complaints, and the butter cake was complex, rich, and delicious. While waffles were described as kind of tasteless, everything else was great, with very good service. The food is fantastic and service is always wonderful. The butter cake is to die for! Expect a warm greeting and service, lovely food and a charming atmosphere. The outdoor covered patio can't be beat for a great conversation with friends / family.
