This is the first time we have been to the Sunday brunch buffet since Covid. It was a huge disappointment for our Easter meal. The stations were so messy that it almost made you lose your appetite. The dessert section consisted of cobbler, and a few strawberries and marshmallows. Service was very slow and the woman who greeted us when we came into the restaurant did not smile once, or tell us that we had to wait a little bit for our reservation. She just took our name and said we will call you when your table is ready and turned around. Just not the MB we are used to!

We sat at the bar. 1 bartender on a Saturday night for entire restaurant so we took that in consideration. She still could have been a little more attentive. We had to ask for far much. There were 2 of us. Appetizers were great, crab cake and she crab bisque. The entrees were prime rib that was terrible and short rib that was good but lacked in flavor. We've had much better here but this night was pretty bad. There was a private party on the patio. We will not offer that as an excuse. If you sign up for private parties you better be able to take care of your regulars.

We had an incredible dinner over Easter weekend! Jorge took the BEST CARE OF US!!!! Everything was perfectly prepared and presented! Best shrimp and grits we have ever had!!! The prime rib was wonderful! Could not have had a better meal anywhere!! Always a crowd pleaser for our family!

This is a beautiful place, we went for a small wedding reception dinner. Food was excellent, as well as the staff and service.

Love this neighborhood gem. Quiet, excellent food and wine. I grew up on the Gulf Coast and the enormous crab cake, an appetizer, is the best I have ever had. It would have been dinner if I had known the size. My friend loved the lobster risotto. Excellent recommendation on the Pinot Grigio by our marvelous server, wish I had a memory to give him credit! Looking forward to another wonderful experience there.

Took my husband for the 1st time. We started at the bar... bartender was friendly enough but our app never came out and she blamed the kitchen. At this point we were tired and hungry, cashed out for our drink and got pizza on the way home. Best thing I can say is having James Ross on your team we will try again.

Upon arrival, a warm smile welcomed us, and we were promptly seated by the fireplace in a perfectly cozy ambiance. Our party consisted of three couples. The food was delightful, although one member of our group received a fatty rib initially, which was quickly resolved by the kitchen. I highly recommend trying the Lavender martini; it's both smooth and delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the oysters were fresh and delicious.

This is the 14th anniversary my wife and I has spent it at Mere Bulles. The food is wonderful with the focus on the Charleston She Crab Bisque. Or waiter was Russ the best service personal we have seen consistently year after year. THANKS RUSS

We sat outside on the couches for an afternoon happy hour. The vibe is chill, service great, and it's set up to feel like you're 100 miles from the traffic. Great afternoon.

We are a family of six that dined at Mere Bulles yesterday evening, and we received outstanding service from Cole C, our server. When my wife was trying to decide on a wine, he brought her two tastings to help. When my brother's steak arrived medium well instead of medium, Cole explained to him when it arrived that it appeared so and offered to replace it proactively. The food and atmosphere was also top notch. Highly recommend this Brentwood institution as a place to dine.

However, we had such an enjoyable dining experience and received such outstanding service on our last outing that I was compelled to post this review.We planned a date night to celebrate my wonderful wife's birthday. She asked that we not go to a typical "fancy steakhouse" like the ones I usually select, so I suggested Mére Bulles.When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated promptly. Evan, our friendly and attentive server, introduced himself to us almost immediately and explained that he would be "leading us through a great experience" for the evening. It was a uniquely fresh introduction that was a pleasant change from the usual "I'm so-and-so and I'll be your server tonight." This set the tone for our fantastic dining experience to come. The ambience was relaxed yet refined and the noise level was appropriate.My wife was deciding between two bottles of wine. After realizing that his descriptions of the wine profiles were not enough to help her decide, Evan instinctively provided her tastings of those bottles. Chef Derrick presented us appetizers of crab cake, charcuterie, Ahi tuna stack, and a dozen raw oysters. All were delicious, especially the Ahi tuna stack which was a deconstruction of a sushi tuna roll. Also, the consistency of the crab cake was just right, not too loose and not too firm.Then, my wife enjoyed a ginger-infused coconut-based soup, while I had an excellent she crab bisque. Oftentimes, bisques can be overly salty, but this one was just right. As the FOH manager passed by our table, she wished my wife HB which made her feel special.Evan paced our courses well. For our main course, my wife selected the seasonal scallop special while I went with a "fancy steak" in a MR 16 oz C.A.B. ribeye. That was accompanied by flavorful sides of sautéed wild mushrooms and asparagus. We completed our meal with a delectably moist carrot cake topped by a birthday candle.Executive Chef Julius Gilbert has crafted an exquisite menu that could satisfy almost any diner. Thank you to the entire team at Mére Bulles for providing us with an exceptional dining experience and a memorable birthday for my beautiful wife! We now look forward to our future date nights at Mére Bulles.

My husband and I dined here about a week ago to celebrate his birthday. Days have passed and we are still talking about our experience here. The food was phenomenal, but the service was what made our time here so special. Our waitress was kind and poise, and not to mention, very funny. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the menu options and the extensive wine selection. She was quick to answer any questions we had, and we felt as if we barely had to lift a finger. We will definitely be celebrating birthdays here in the future. Thank you for making our night SO special Madison. We will be back!!

We had a group of twelve 60+ year old ladies. Christian was an outstanding server and the food and drinks at happy hour were great! Thank you so much for accommodating us! We had a fantastic evening!!
