McDougal's Chicken Fingers & Wings

Went in to get a late lunch. Went to go pay and I was going to with a 20. The manager said that they don't except cash. There is no place on the door or by the register that says card only. What kind of place doesn't except money. The last time I check cash money is still good in 99.9% of this country. This place is even a bigger joke. If you go to the website and try to file a complaint on the website. It will take you to the nick.com website. What kind of BS is that

I typically do not post Google reviews, and instead prefer to directly contact a company if I have concerns. That said, the complaint contact form on McDougals website takes you to Nickelodeon’s website, which I’m sure they think is a hilarious joke but clearly means they do not take any issues seriously.
I actually have always loved McDougals, and I don’t have any issues with the food or service. What I did notice at the Brentwood location, however, is that all the ceiling airflow vents are covered in what looks like mold. Maybe it’s just really badly compacted dust, but either way, it’s not something you want to eat a meal directly underneath. Clean your vents, McDougals! And create an actual complaint form so people don’t have to leave public reviews to bring issues to your attention!

What a nest place. Food was great, those wings were fresh out of the dryer! Those sliced pickles were old school yummy!

Food cooked fresh to order. Shelby sealed the deal for me with her exceptional customer service and her recommendations!! My favorite sauce is the Gold sauce it taste like Real Memphis Style Honey Gold if you know you know and Honey Mustard is perfection!!! My new favorite lunch spot.

Eh, it's fast food chicken that only tastes good when you slather it in sauce. Otherwise go anywhere else for food. Especially since the only music they play is country music and it is usually so loud you can't think.

Meat quality, breading and sauce were just ok, and ended if having a wet feeling with a light toss in the sauce. Lots of tvs, but very weird spacing of tables and a general bull pen feel.

Staff could not have been nicer, but was disappointed in the chicken and vibe.

I’ve been to mcdougals in other parts of Nashville but the Brentwood location is the best one in town. Incredibly friendly ppl, great atmosphere, and of course, some amazing chicken!

Insane menu of flavor options. Made to order. Fresh. And good people. Great place to get food while waiting for traffic to clear. Real size chicken, not just all breading. Fresh and tasty

Used to go to the OG all the time and thought we’d give it a try. Wings are still good and service is still really friendly. Cool decorations and vibe. Fries were inedible but chicken melt was delicious. Gold sauce seems like it changed, but still great.

Just found this place the other day and I had to come back to bring the wife. Some of the best chicken tenders and sauces I have ever had. Honey Bee is amazing! Great atmosphere and owner is super friendly and welcoming. Even remembered my name today! Hope this place is here for years to come, don’t hesitate to come by and try it out. A++

So my boss n I was in Brentwood,went to look around a job, realized w had 2 hours to kill .....we were both hungry, drive around seen McDougles ,made the decision to go .....
Went in the fella at the counter not only knew the menu rear to front, had a great sense of humor n started this experience off right ! 10/10 !
While we waited,maybe 10 mins the decor n atmosphere just draw u in ! Lots of cool artifacts ! When our food came out , it was instant awe! Fresh hand cut fries ,3 different sauces , n no lie ......
Some of the prettiest grilled chicken I've ever eaten ! Hands down ! And I ain't no spring chicken myself......
Met the owner ,great dude !
No doubt in my mind I will make the drive from Murfreesboro to there very soon !
