This one is always “mid” for me. Food is just okay. It’s insanely busy at lunch making customer service a challenge here. It takes awhile to get their attention. They do have a freestyle machine, so credit there.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I made an online order to be ready at 12:15. I waited an hour until 1:20 for the food. As you can see in the photo, the burrito they gave me is tiny. It looks like they’re either short staffed or just slow. If they’re going to work so slowly like they did, they shouldn’t allow online orders. Online orders don’t skip the line, they make the wait way longer. :(

I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Moes tonight. I placed a web order for a "Nacho platter" I was not expecting a fine dining experience by any means knowing Moes is very casual. But I did expect my per usual " WELCOM TO MOES!" Oh no. Not Brentwood with 4 employees standing at on the line talking amongst themselves and laughing. This may come off as petty but if a guest walks in I do expect to be acknowledged. I stood for a second looking around for where I needed to go to pick up my Togo and no one asked if I needed anything. They continued on with their conversation and blatantly ignored my existence. I just walked to the cash register and noticed my giant box with my name on it. I thanked the guy behind the register and still not one of the 4 people on the line even said anything. The box had Queso on the bottom and rice spilled in the box.. the nacho platter doesn't even come with rice. Again. Not that big of a deal but with the restaurant being completely dead and multiple employees I expected more.. once we made it home my family and I started making our plates.. the chips did not look burnt but definitely tasted over cooked. You literally can not have nachos without chips. Such a terrible experience.

Ordered food via Uber eats and the portion sizes were not up to par. They skimped us on food and the quality. Highly disappointed ? that my southwest bowl was half the portion it usually is.
