Whoever was responsible for scheduling on October 29, 2023 did the staff dirty. There were *3* people working for the entirety of the after church lunch rush. They did an amazing job of getting orders out considering there should have been at least 1-2 others working with them.
I picked up food for my family visiting from out of town and while the food was very good, I was surprised by how much it cost to feed two adults and two small children (3 and 5). The bill was close to $50 including a 10% tip. Again, the food was good but not THAT good.

Moe's Southwest Grill, located in the Publix Shopping Center on Old Hickory in Brentwood, offers a standard experience. The food was better than expected and the area is kept clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent customer service, and a recent catered lunch for 85 was delivered by a fantastic young man who was on time, courteous, helpful, and respectful. However, the enthusiastic welcome is lacking, and the food portions have decreased, despite the rising prices. The queso comes with an extra charge, and there have been issues with orders. The lunch service can be challenging due to the high volume of customers.
