Exceptional customer service!!! But I took away 2 stars because the Queensland pasta is just too thin at this location... The sauce is watery with no flavor but can be a bit spicy at times... Make it a bit thicker and less spicy! I visited a outback location in Ontario California on 8/25 in the evening... please take some tips from this chef ..they do the pasta right... Sauce is hearty slightly thick and tasty but not too spicy! But thanks for being so courteous..

Yesterday I had a ribeye at this location and it was the worst cut of meat I’ve had in a long time Today I ordered the wings and they were partially raw. Then I sent them back to the kitchen and ordered a half rack of ribs. They were not falling off the bone that’s for sure . I don’t recommend this location . And, that’s typical of outback

I’ve eaten at this Outback many times with outstanding meals and service. Not on this past Sunday. I ordered a Pecan & Bleu Cheese entree salad, baked potato and iced tea. My ice tea had very little ice and was warm. My salad was wilted and brown. My potato was without butter and sour cream (which I had ordered). The sour cream was on the side and melted on the hot plate. Our server checked only once and still forgot the butter for the baked potato. My friend’s meal was perfect. He had lobster & Caesar Salad & baked potato. They did comp my wilted salad. A disappointing dining experience.
THE AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 6 MONTHS. It does not take that long to get parts! FIX THE A/C!!!!
