Exceptional customer service!!! But I took away 2 stars because the Queensland pasta is just too thin at this location... The sauce is watery with no flavor but can be a bit spicy at times... Make it a bit thicker and less spicy!
I visited a outback location in Ontario California on 8/25 in the evening... please take some tips from this chef ..they do the pasta right... Sauce is hearty slightly thick and tasty but not too spicy!
But thanks for being so courteous..

The food and service experience is good, but in the summer it's impossible to enjoy it because the air conditioning doesn't work, and they don't do anything to fix it. It's always the same in the summer for years. Customers should be provided with quality in every sense.

It had been a while since we've been here, but a gift card led us to Outback in Cool Springs this afternoon. We will be back on our own accord soon, as this place has excellent food and service. My wife got coconut shrimp and I a burger, and we both thought our meals were very good, as was the service. In addition to water, my wife got a Mic Ultra and I got the Stella Artois on tap, and it was good-sized and quite refreshing. We ate almost all of our bloomin' onion...
