Service was fast. I was supposed to pick up my app order at a certain time, and it was ready. The Rustic patatoe soup was very watery but I was extremely hungry so I ate it with the sandwich. It has a milky taste due to the melted chease inside but it wasn't very pleasan and very noticeable when eaten alone. If it wasnt for the sandwich, fast service, and past experiences, I would rate Zero stars. However, the Asiago steak sandwich was perfect and delicious. A perfect amount of flavor and spice with cheese and steak.

Soooo rude. Everyone here has a fowl look on their faces as if they hate their lives and hate working here first of all. Secondly, no one greets you with a hello, it’s as if you don’t exist. Thirdly took 10 minutes for a single bagel. Forth, they forgot the butter with my bagel which I asked for when I ordered. Fifth, they were out of almond milk and other coffee supplies when I went to refill my coffee. Sixth, I asked for two pup cups which they happily give me at other Panera locations but at this location told me they did not have any. Which I asked clarification, “You do not have whip cream?” To which they responded “we do but we just don’t do pup cups” to which I responded “they do at every other Panera location I’ve ever been to”. I asked for the manager and she said “They might have just been being nice” to which I tell you; Panera Corporation : EXACTLY!
Have you ever heard the expression, “Just give them the damn pickle”? You might not be old enough but go look it up. You might be surprised how a little kindness goes a long way. With all of the meals I buy from you guys sometimes breakfast and lunch and with all the promotion my dogs do for you, they should be getting paid by you now but they don’t. They just want a dollop of milk whipped with air and if that’s too much to ask for then that was our last visit and of course we will let their followers know of this treatment. The Panera at 100 Oaks ranked amongst the top in the NATION bc of their manager Mike. In fact, he is so highly ranked that he now goes to other Panera locations around Nashville teaching them how to be as successful as his home store. And you know why he is top ranked and is where he is experiencing much more success than you? KINDNESS, that’s right! That’s all it is. Mike greets everyone that walks in, he steps out from behind the counter and says Hi to everyone, he will buss tables, he will run food, he will work the register. He does it all and he does it all with a great attitude. You should request Mike come and get your location into shape bc he is the best there is. Mike clearly read Bob Farrell’s book “Give ‘Em the Pickle” and I highly suggest you do too. I’m not making this up. It is actually statistically proven and logical business sense. You actually make more of a profit when you give your customers a small token of appreciation. #dobetterpanera #kindnessgoesalongway

My “citrus punch” drink tasted alcoholic. I researched this and came upon forums that indicate my drink has become fermented, because this store does not clean its drink machines, and probably received days old punch that is not fresh. According to the forums, in all probability, this store is extremely nasty and unhygienic.
They also put like two onions on my smoked BBQ sandwich. Won’t be back. Do better. Clean the nasty kitchen and give people what they paid for. Two onions? Seriously?

I used to love this restaurant especially their salads and soups. However recently their salads aren’t the same portion (see pic). For $10-14 for a salad I expect a decent amount of lettuce. Baguette was stale and their switch to Panera chips was the wrong move in my opinion. Grilled cheese was ok as the bread wasn’t grilled only based in butter. Good amount of cheese though.

Love the rapid pick up option here. The Greek goddess Cobb salad was fresh. The autumn soup was delicious. We got a loaf of sourdough bread which was amazing!!! Lovely experience!
The broccoli and cheddar soup was wonderful and fairly priced!

The manager was so helpful. My daughter’s rapid pickup was made the wrong size. She was feeling under the weather so I called to see if they could deliver the correct order to her. He was so apologetic & even though she had to run up to get it he had her order all ready & handed it directly to her. Those little gestures seem to have become the exception rather than the rule. Thank you Panera for getting my daughter a hot bowl of soup when she was sick??
