I chose this restaurant because their website clearly advertises dairy-free options, which is important due to dietary restrictions. When we visited the store, staff laughed and told us the only option was a salad.

After returning home, I confirmed the dairy-free options were still listed online and called the store manager. He admitted he had to read the ingredient box to determine what was in the bread—despite the bagels being advertised as made fresh daily, not from a box. He then confirmed the boxed ingredients contain milk, meaning all bagels contain dairy, directly contradicting the website.

I then contacted the corporate company to report the issue. I was told they would not provide additional training to the manager or staff and that there would be no resolution to this situation.

This is a large franchise, and inaccurate ingredient and allergen information is not a small issue—it’s misleading and potentially dangerous. Advertising dairy-free options that do not exist, and refusing to address it when notified, is extremely disappointing.

The lady at the pick up was very rude. She had tattoos and dark hair. She yelled in front of other customers and told me whatever i ordered was in the bag. I was missing an item and she brushed me off. Horrible person to work at such a friendly place. I will not be coming back to that location. I left without getting my items corrected. 0 stars for this location!

For a place that has the word Bread in their name, are terrible at making bread. White Miche bread only comes pre sliced. There is. Nothing. Worst. and more disgusting than pre-sliced bread. Slicing destroys its subtle flavor and its freshness. I don't understand it as they can always slice it in the store for their own use and for those souls that have no taste in bread and want it sliced. Also the foccacia is atrocious. Should not be used on sandwiches. It destroys the mouth feel and flavor. The rest of the breads are fine. Nothing spectacular. Their app is way too cluttered and clunky. Takes 3 times longer to order via the app than calling or do it in person in the store.

This location does not treat black people well at all, my spouse went in to do DoorDash on two different occasions today and the brunette handling the delivery orders gave so much attitude and horrible customer service. When asked to help she rolled her eyes and said Bruh!. We do not feel comfortable nor welcome there. When calling the GM Ashley to discuss the issue she made the excuse that the employee does not like door dashers. No matter the reason, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Do better Panera Bread!

RACIST/DEMONIC EXPERIENCE! If I could give 0 stars I would! It’s been a long day. My son and I have been running errands for the past few hours and before we headed home, we planned on stopping by this location to get an order re-made from the day before so I wouldn’t have to waste anymore money than we already have. Yesterday, we stopped by and got a whole steak and Mozz sandwich, a bowl of soup, a candy cookie and a large drink. Everything was up to Paneras usual standards but the steak sandwich was way off. The bread was like stale and hard, the meat was chewy and not like it has been before…. Almost like old. It was just terrible. So I called up to the store as soon as I got home and let the manager on duty know that the sandwich I had paid for was not of the same quality that I am used to. I was politely told that I could return in the future (which is today) and that they would be happy to remake the sandwich.

Omg! The way I was just disgustingly mistreated and talked down too like I was a child. Not by one employee, but 3 different employees. They asked me what seemed like 100 questions trying to validate my order although I had the whole sandwich, wrapped up and still in the Panera bag it was given to me in hand. I kindly let the manager know that I called the day before and she began to berate me asking who I spoke to and where is my receipt. I answered all her many questions while her and three other employees huddled up trying to find my order in their system. I confusingly asked, why wouldn’t the person I spoke to tell me I needed to bring in my receipt? Although it was very apparent that the manager on duty (Carol or so I was told) did not believe me and was determined to use me not having my receipt as a reason to not remake my sandwich. The other shift lead, (Rudy or so I was told) and another young girl with a nasty attitude again, just had me standing around waiting. After about 10 mins and because there were people now behind me wanting to order, I, respectfully, decided this transaction was no longer worth my time.

I told them to just write down their names and provide me with the number to corporate because I did not appreciate their attitude, their tone and the unwarranted disrespect for me, my son and my time. , The manager on duty, Carol, grew evil and condescending in a matter of minutes because I asked for her name. She proceeds to tell me that I don’t need it. She then insults me and starts accusing me of things that were not true. I literally felt like I was in a twilight zone. I thought stuff like this only shows up on the internet to unruly, mentally ill people. The interaction was so bad, I just asked the manager blatantly if she was a racist which she quickly dodged and used it as a way to dismiss herself from the conversation which for the record, she never denied! I should've asked her if she was a racist and a demon because the energy she gave was that of a controlling, evil racist. She told me we were done while leaving a trail of her rude and obnoxious comments with her. I asked again for the 4th time for any of their names and they all said they were good and did not have to give them to me despite them knowing I was calling corporate which I will be doing first thing tomorrow. I am in awe. Complete shock. Utter disbelief. Horrifically embarrassed and now have to go get my son something else to eat when all he wanted was some chicken soup because he is sick and doesn’t feel good. Panera! I will be calling tomorrow and I expect now a full refund for the sandwich. I will never give yall another copper penny of my money if this is they type of people you all employ and if you are not going to stand behind the quality of the food you are putting out. For the record, I am keeping this sandwich until I am able to show you this was a full sandwich with a bite and maybe a half out of it. Unbelievable! You’ll be hearing from me tomorrow.

Really bad quality. Fatty gloopy soup, just gross, sandwiches and salads with virtually no protein or ingredients. No value here at all and just poor quality. The customer service follows suit, they couldn't care less.

Always clean, always consistent, and always friendly—this Panera in Brentwood sets the bar.

The team here is quick, courteous, and really keeps the line moving even during peak hours. My order is always right, and the café area is one of the cleanest I’ve seen—tables wiped down, drink station spotless, and the vibe is calm and comfortable even when it’s busy.

Special shoutout to the staff for being so upbeat and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing lunch between meetings or settling in with my laptop for a few hours, they make the space feel inviting every time.

Bonus: they actually keep the bakery case fully stocked throughout the day 👏

Highly recommend this location if you want that perfect mix of efficiency and hospitality.
