Ordered lettuce wraps and wonton soup to go. Lettuce was fresh and the filling was very good. The dipping sauce was way too salty to eat. The wonton soup was hot and flavorful but only had 2 wonton in it. Little disappointed. Would complained is eating in restaurant.

I never heard of this place so I decided to check it out. I ordered the Bbq Korean beef. I waited about 17 min for my order just to get disappointed. I opened the bag as soon as got to the car just to taste cold chewy meat. The meat was not done so I had to trash the entire meal! The cook had on gloves but was still rubbing his nose and hair. The cashier was working the register and preparing food at the same time. This place was totally disgusting.

If you're remembering the Pei Wei experience of 15 years ago, this is not it. We were excited to visit here because we don't have a Pei Wei near us. But the food quality is kind of blah. The dumplings were barely warmed and were flavorless. The kids lo mein was sickly sweet and just generally not good. (Used to be one of my favorite things!) The kung pao chicken was fine. Service was also fine. But I don't think we will be back. I miss the old Pei Wei!

Food is awful, chef did not care, food had no flavor, and was greasy. Will not recommend getting food from here.

Very loud music drowning the whole time making it hard to talk. Food is mediocre. Not much selection. Friendly employees though! Sorry, the food isn't good enough for a 2nd visit.

Update, I did contact peiwei.com/contact as requested but I never received a response. My review stands with the additional comment that the corporate office is unresponsive.

I asked for and paid for noodles on the app where it was clear and they could see the order when I called. They said they would credit me, but they acted like it was annoying them. Not great service.

The cashier who took our order was soft spoken and hard to hear despite asking her to repeat herself twice. She was slow to take our orders. We sat down and hoped to find our toddlers some highchairs. None were available. Until i spotted two in the patio section which were covered in food and water from previous customers. I grabbed napkins and cleaned them off myself outside and then again once i brought them inside. The cooks were doing their best to get food orders out. The cashier was visibly destressed taking orders as there was a line of about 10 people after we came in. She brought food out that was NOT our order and sat it at our table. We let her know about 5 minutes after that this was not our order. She pick up the plates and then proceeded to ask us our order. We reiterated our order. She went back to take more orders and we waited about 20 more minutes for food. When we received some of our items we made efforts to eat but because we had only partial items we were not able to enjoy it together. The kids food came out last. Despite order for dine in, we were given our order in to go containers. The cashier was trying to run food orders after taking everyones order. She was confused and didnt know what went to whom. After sevral minutes another customer decided to grab his order off the counter and proceeded to sit and enjoy his meal. I found part of our order on the table and while waiting for her to come by so i could get napkins as the supply area had none. The food after about 30 minutes arrived with the remaining items. By then the kids were fussy and we couldnt enjoy our meal. As we sat around i could hear the cashier shouting to the cook that she hated her job, could not wait to get off shift and would most likely 'never return to this place again since no one knows how to do their job or come to their shift' the cook while seemlesly putting out food orders told her to shut up and focus on getting food out. She gave up her rant which was in spanish and then proceeded to try and deliver orders until a nice black fellow employee came in the doors like a saving grace and began helping the cooks and delivering orders and getting the chaos under control. The food was pretty good (it was my first time trying this place) but the service was horrible. Very hesitant to go back.

Lunch pick-up order. Overcooked Wontons. Tried to reach out to corporate and no response, so here I am. Can't believe they would serve these.
