Terrific food & atmosphere. Highly recommend. I had a cheese burger & potato casserole for lunch. Superb. It was mid-day 1:45ish & it wasn't busy. Super friendly staff.
Enjoyed our meal. Looking around it seems the place is more a breakfast joint than a lunch eatery. Baked goods looked lovely.

We visited at the height of the breakfast/brunch rush, but were seated relatively quickly and efficiently. We were in town for our son's graduation from Lipscomb University, so we were feeling very celebratory! Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes. We even got some of the delicious pastries to go! Oh yes, and three in our family have celiac disease and they were able to enjoy gluten-free meals as well!

Ordered a cranberry nut muffin. Should be called nut muffin! Dry. Had to ask for cream for coffee. Sticky bun was over $10. Good but not great.

A Brentwood staple for decades! My favorite is their chicken salad, homemade cookies and Ginger Tea!!!! Always delicious!

Service was friendly and efficient. Food was surprisingly mundane with the reputation they have. I didn't really know what to expect, but it was two piles of mushy blended ingredients called crispy chicken. The cranberry salad was tasty if you enjoy gel molds. The onion rings were hot and crispy. The roll was out of a package it seemed. The atmosphere was average with many tables close together. It was busy and loud but still pleasant enough to talk. Overall, not bad but not great like I thought it might be.

Every time I come here, I can hear the staff gossiping about customers. Food is overpriced for the lack of flavor you receive. Very unprofessional environment. Will never go back. BEWARE

Their bakery department looks very inviting. I decided to get their apple pie baked apple pie for $41 for a 9 inch pie. It was less than flavorful. It had fresh apples and no flavor. They have a lot of nerve charging $41 for that apple pie. I’ve had pies in stores for $12 that were way better.
