I went for a casual lunch here and enjoyed it so much. The staff were incredibly helpful and they had a marked menu telling me exactly what was vegan. There was enough left over for me to have another meal later that day, and I most definitely will return.

The food is always top-notch. The staff is amazing and friendly and you can tell they actually enjoy their job. My only complaint is that the place isn't bigger. Trying to get in there during lunch time is always a trick.

I have grown up in the Brentwood area and Soy Bistro has always had a special place in my heart (especially their delicious chicken teriyaki udon noodles). Although I love the food, the focus of this review is Kenji Ichikawa, the wonderful manager and owner. I interviewed Kenji for my college hospitality class and he was willing and eager to answer my questions.
