Waldo's Chicken & Beer

Very happy with our lunch decision today. Staff very friendly and food was great. From the west coast missing Canes chicken, this place is equally as good, if not better. Cheddar biscuits were amazing.

Great times and great food!

This is two Reviews on two separate occasions … please read all of the review to see that this restaurant really cares about putting out quality food and service .

First visit
We ordered the 12 tender family meal with an order of wings also . The chicken wings were flavorless , and under done . We popped them in the air fryer and made them better . The white beans were the same . Extremely Al dente’ and absolutely no flavor or seasoning . Had to cook them and added seasoning and flavor . The slaw was inedible because of a bitter aftertaste

The tenders and Mac and cheese and biscuits were good . Probably won’t eat here again . Sad when you have to cook the food you get from a restaurant to make it better .

The day after I posted the above review I was contacted by Jonathan from the store . He apologized for the sub par food asked me to come back for a meal on the house.
They more than redeemed themselves a week later.
I ordered the same food , met Zack , another manager ( very courteous) Brought the food home and it was such an improvement ?. All the food was seasoned and cooked perfectly.
We will definitely be back … I may even use them for catering over the holidays …

So nice when a restaurant cares about customers. Will recommend to all friends and family

I recently tried this restaurant for the first time, and the food was great. While my wife wasn’t a fan of the fries, I actually enjoyed them. I’m planning to try the greens next time. The service was good too—the young man at the register was very patient as I fumbled with my order. We got takeout, but when we picked it up, we noticed the atmosphere was inviting. We would’ve stayed to dine in if we didn’t have other plans.

I tried this place for the first time today. I typically don't eat at this type of venue. However, my meal was very good. Love this spot.

Located on Executive Center Drive off Franklin Rd. In Brentwood, TN, this casual restaurant has more variety than many chicken restaurants. You order at the counter and are given a table number. They bring your food to your table. The cheddar biscuits with honey butter are delicious. I had the 1/4 dark rotisserie plate with fries and macaroni and cheese. Everything was tasty and cooked well. They advertise that sides are made from scratch. The fries were fresh cut and the mac n cheese was cheesy and flavorful. There is a list of sauces to choose for the chicken. I like the Comeback Sauce that is sweet, creamy, and has a kick. They have a variety of beers on tap. Be sure to check out the beer car wallpaper in the bathrooms that has chicken themed names and taglines. Hilarious! They have indoor and outdoor seating.

These tenders are as good as J Alexander's tenders and anyone who's had those knows they are the best of the best. The tender sauce puts these over J's which is a feat. The skinny fries are perfect too, the formula is there. Waldo's is my new favorite chicken joint!

Always have had the best service here. Dustin in particular was amazing, he was running the bar, delivering food, and everything inbetween with a smile. Great folks here.
