I actually like the pizza and food from this restaurant but ordering is a nightmare. The app is terrible compared to other pizza places and the restaurant website was terrible. I kept getting an error message saying the order may or may not have been received by the restaurant and to call to the restaurant to confirm which I did. I stayed on hold for minutes, hung up and tried again only to be put on hold again before giving up. I started to write this review and realized for the first time that the store closes at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. I wish I could have ordered food from here but if you can't get the order in, wait on hold without a person picking up the phone, and then realize later that the restaurant is close to closing at 7:00 pm then what is the point. I want all restaurants to make it through this horrible pandemic and want to try and help to do my part but Geez...can you please communicate with your customers???

I went to a restaurant to take an order. They told me in a rude tone that they were not going to prepare this order.I ask why they say Don't want to cook?a man worked there.I will never go to this restaurant again, I don't want to face such insolent people.

I give up. Been a regular since it opened but done now. Last few times I went nothing has been in stock. One Sunday at lunch only menu items available was pizza. No burgers, calzones or Cheesesteak. Last week no one came to front to take order so I left. Today informed they only do pizza by slice on Saturday and I would have to order a whole pie. Sign still in window for the 2 Slice and drink special as well as signage for burgers and cheesesteaks. Last 5 times I visited half of the drinks were out of order so I left. I am DONE so is this restaurant.

Terrible service. Delivery never came, manager would not address the issue. We’ve been loyal customers throughout Covid, however, we are done with Westshore Pizza.

I drove all the way from smyrna got to the store at 5:30pm (3 and a half hours from close) to be told they weren’t selling any more pizza by the slice . Only pepperoni. My girlfriend can’t eat Pork , and we were. Both extremely excited and extremely hungry. I have been to this restaurant multiple times later than this and bought pizza by the slice as there biggest deal is “ANY 2 slices and drink 7.00” . This place lost a lot of my respect

Does not make salads after 5:00. I wanted to order a pizza and a salad at around 5:15 and was told that none of the salads on the menu are available after 5:00. Strange, since most people eat dinner after 5:00.

My family wanted food from the chinese place next door but I was in the mood for something else. I tried a calzone from this place and I am glad I did! The "half" calzone is HUGE! It is very very tasty and was cooked to perfection. It's plenty of food for dinner and lunch again for an average sized guy like me. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there wasn't enough pepperoni throughout the calzone. I will certainly be back, this place is GOOD!

This was the Very Best Calzone I have had in The Southeast. wonderful crust. Great attitude, friendly staff. Marinara was terrific. Highly recommend.

Meet up with some friends to play Magic here. Great prices for a lot of food and it's pretty tasty. Free refills which is nice and they've got some retro games for SNES and such.
