This cheesecake was amazing!!! The texture was so smooth, the flavor was very natural, not chemical sugar substitute that makes your tastebuds and your stomach sad. As a Type 2 diabetic, I have searched for ways to enjoy a treat like this for a long time. Checked my glucose that night and the next morning, this is the real deal folks. “I highly recommend Ginger and her staff! Five stars. She catered our back yard wedding in October and it was perfection. Our guests raved about the food. We selected the pork tenderloin with peach sauce (OMG) and the gluten free chicken. Our guests literally inhaled the twice baked potato casserole (OMG) and she can make green beans taste so good I think she uses magic. Don't let her low prices deceive you into thinking you won't get a full service catering experience. Her team of four showed up on time, set everything up, and stayed until we were ready for them to clean up. They did it all! They actually went above and beyond by helping set up our dessert bar even though I made the desserts myself. Whether you are having a small party or a large wedding, you need to hire Gingerbread.
