Rude staff, we waited in line for 40 minutes after checking with the host then when it was finally are turn too come in we was told that it would be another 40 minutes after standing in line forever also the host was extremely rude about it so we went too Aubrey’s instead and enjoyed a nice meal with pleasant staff at there establishment.
We absolutely LOVE Drakes!! We went yesterday (Wednesday), around 2pm and service was fast. I don’t remember our waiters name, but she had tattoos and was extremely pretty. She was so wonderfully sweet!! She took the time to explain the menu, what she recommended and to tell us about their ingredients. Def recommend Drakes in Bristol, TN!!
Manager stereotyped us horribly. Service was extremely slow. Never received silverware or refills on water. I was stereotyped and insulted so much
by the manager's assumptions that I left in the middle of eating, crying, in front of my 8yr old child. Offered no discount or refund. In fact, a 5% tip was added to the check. I will never ever go back nor recommend this business. Numerous of the employees lied to us as well, just the cherry on top.
