Been stuck at the Bristol hospital and wanted a hot sandwich for lunch after I left and chose to try the Dunkin here at this location. Instead of fresh food I got black and burnt food. Might as well told them to keep the bacon to made it cheaper on me and saved my taste buds. YUCK 🤮

We stopped here needing a bathroom and loved knowing we could add a snack for our remaining trip. The girls serving us were very sweet, the donuts were fresh, and they carry the hard to find chocolate frosted cake donut!

Stopped here as a break from driving on vacation. Restrooms were clean and the men’s had a changing station. The fella that took our orders was patient and got everything all set. Will definitely come back next year while in the area. -Coffee was good too.

The saddest experience I have ever had with Dunkin. The rudest customer service. And when I simply asked for them to refund for the product they didn’t have I was told they couldn’t do it. . When I started to call while at the window I was told I had to leave. When I said I was going to complete the transaction there the manager said she’d call the cops and closed the window. I called customer service in the app and now on that call I’m being told they have to refund it at the store level. So who’s lying and who’s getting the extra money? It sure isn’t their customer! All they needed to do was refund the cost of the beverages THEY incompetently don’t have in stock. Instead, they refuse to refund. Who gets the overages in the register at the end of the day? Beware that you may be giving away money going to this store.

Unfortunately, this location is consistently bad. I have gone to this location at all hours and never know when it will be open or whether it will be taking mobile orders only and no drive up orders. Even my simplest orders are wrong. “Coffee with cream” ranges anywhere from black coffee to a cup of milk. Best of luck to anyone ordering a menu item modified to be vegetarian.

Got the urge for an iced coffee around 10pm Sunday night. After a quick Google search I was directed to a 24 hour location. After my 25 minute drive, I arrived to a closed location. Lights on, sign on, just a couple pieces of paper taped to the drive thru menu board and window. What a waste of time and gas. At 12 mpg, I wasted about $6-7 in gas and 50 minutes of my time. THANKS DUNKIN!

I haven't had anything bad here exactly. The problem is they never have what they need to make the signature drinks. Literally every time we are here they are out of something that should be essential and overstocked since they are needed in order to make the seasonal drinks. It's aggravating and ridiculous. It's also the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to in this area.
