The property was not ready when we arrived to start preparations. Weeds were growing in flower pots and beds. The tent area hadn't been cleaned up. The house did not cool and was beyond being a terrible place to have the food and wedding cake. Window units in upstairs bride rooms didn't work and it was a miserable place for the ladies to dress for the wedding which was in late September. This is a beautiful location for a wedding. The owner is very accommodating to the guest and their needs. The house is clean and well-organized. This venue is very appealing for any event. I enjoyed DJing the wedding here, and as a first time vendor I experienced an excellent welcome and very accommodating staff.
