Jack's Family Restaurant Reviews
Wrote a review yesterday. Wonder where it is? Returned today
And 1 of the things I reviewed had been taken care of. They still are very concerned about the time you are in drive through, they still asked me to pull up to a parking place although there was no one behind me in the drive through and all I ordered was a large coleslaw. You would think that would have been made up and had on hand. More concerned about your time in drive through instead of customer service.
The food is good but very poor service. My food was almost dropped because she handed it to me so rough. They are very rude and need training in customer services.
honestly they're hit or miss with customer service. today the drive thru clerk's tone was very dry and annoyed. but on my last visit the food was great...the lemonade tasted like lemon water today tho!

Jack's Family Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with kind service. The restaurant is very clean and known for its amazing food. Customers have enjoyed the Bacon burger and found the chicken sandwich to be a generous portion. The chicken tenders received high praise from picky eaters. Meals are prepared quickly, and biscuits are particularly delicious. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their dining experience.
The new General Manager, Charliegh, has been praised by customers for improving the overall experience. While some have expressed concerns about the wait times, especially for dine-in customers, others have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Big Jack burger, which features a healthy dose of mayonnaise and ketchup, plenty of pickles and onions, and melted cheese on the three patties. The fries, though a bit underdone, are thick and crinkle-cut.
