Absolutely, worst experience ever. Ordered online and the ticket wasn’t even looked at until I arrived to pick up the food, the old lady way wearing out her Facebook messenger though. Only then discover that were temporarily out of onion rings and no one could issue a refund.
We go most every Friday night for their fish fry. Best fish you can find around here lightly breaded, thick, and not greasy at all. Their wilted lettuce and onions are to die for. Owner is super nice we have talked to her many times about the service. Her waitress is absolutely horrible no refills unless you go up front and wait for her to come get you one, rude, huffs and puffs everytime you ask for something even though you have already asked for for it 3 different times, you can clearly tell she dosent want to work I guess she just wants the money. This kind of service will definitely drive customers away. You can have the best food but with awful service the food means nothing.

Food was great as always! Drinks sat empty for a little bit even though there was hardly no one there. Everything else was good though! Will definitely eat there again!
