Everytime I order here they always say they don't have my online order when I have the proof on my phone then it has to be cancelled out... I'm so tired of it.. the other McDonald's never have a problem with it!!

I was asked to pull forward without a reason given. There was already 4 other cars waiting too. The car in spot 1 and myself waited over 20 minutes while 6 cars behind us in the drive thru received their orders. My food arrived without the other fry I ordered. Also, without any sauces or napkins. This is the WORST McDonald's! My son loves McDonald's so we have visited a lot. Unfortunately, this one is closest to my house. I usually drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to a different one.

Ordered at kiosk, printed nothing to show my order number. Manager(?)just laid a bag on the counter, no saying what it was. Then proceeded to rub the back of an employee. Worst McDonald's ever!
