They regularly have problems with the drive-thru. Usually one lane gets forgotten. The self service machines in lobby are a pain and need to be cleaned more often. Fries regularly are warm not hot. Breakfast ends at 10 instead 1030, weekends 11 instead of 1130.

20241213 Stopped here to meet a friend for drop off, and decided to get a meal before leaving. I ordered curbside but ended up running in to pick up my food. The customers are very nice and polite... must be a Southern thing which is so much to experience. The food was freshly made. I was surprised that they sell Krispy Kreme donuts!! ALL McDs should sell them! I didn't know McDs sells Sweet Tea Lemonade 😱. It was very good!!

Not actually 24 hours. Right next to a truck stop. Also has truck parking on site. What they expect us to do? Pull our trucks thru the drive thru? 13’ 6” tall thru the 9’ clearance? Truck drivers need to eat too.

Nobody to take my for a long time. Guess they want you to use the app or kiosk. Food was slow. No napkins provided anywhere. While I was waiting, lady came to counter because she dnt get sauce for her 3 kids nuggets. You would've thought she asked for a kidney.
This location needs to get their work in order. I took my two kids in, and there was a sweet but obviously not well trained older lady *trying* to take our order. I'm assuming she was new so I'm trying to be polite. But it was a stressful from the beginning. Everything I told her had to be repeated, she didn't ring up my order as I spoke it (& I had to repeat myself SEVERAL times). A younger working girl tried to help her but it was no use. At the end of the order I told her I was dining in, they set our order on the counter in to go bags. My child's very simple hamburger order was wrong- a regular hamburger with ketchup mustard and pickles ONLY. We received a burger with only onions on it ... So I calmly take it to the counter & explain I got the wrong thing. I repeated what my child wanted AGAIN, the older lady then tried to hand me a cheese burger with onions only. By that point I almost lost it. I made contact with another worker in the back & basically yelled can I please get (repeat order). & at last!!! On the 3rd try my child was finally able to eat. I really think if they're going to train somebody they need to be supervised because even other customers were taking notice of the situation

I go here often, only thru drive thru. The drive thru service is fast and polite but the food quality and taste has gone hill by quite a bit. I end up at this one out of convince but if you can skip this exit and hit up a different fast food place you would probably be better off.
