So after working all day like a dog I wanted a quarter pounder cheeseburger meal go there get up the road with my food my cheeseburger was okay the fries were stale my drink was absolutely disgusting it tastes like an Alka-Seltzer I proceeded to call the manager she was nonchalant about it didn't even offer a comp driink or anything customer service is getting to be a thing of the past and it is a shame I worked in fast food my very first job we would have been fired if we would have served food like this it's ridiculous and unacceptable!! Do better!!!

They almost always get my order wrong. If you ask for extra napkins they act like they are paying for them and give you maybe two usually only one. My fries are usually on the cold side. The only reason I keep going back is 1. The coffee is great and 2. It’s one of the few and is the closest fast food to my home.

Stopped here on the way to work many times, finally writing a review for the night time staff. The food is always old, and fries are the worst. I have to be careful what I pick because I'm stuck with old food for my shift at work. It's always a bunch of teenagers doing nothing and just standing around or outside smoking in their cars. It takes 20- 30 mins for me to get my two burgers every damn night. I don't know what they are doing to the drive through timer to make it seem like they are doing things quickly, because they are not.

The food is normally always really good so I don't have a problem with that. But when I say easy ice I don't want 3/4 of a cup full of ice.
Its always hot in there and mostly younger kids who rather gossip and talk instead of making sure orders are right. Trash seems always full and hard to get a cashier to take your order, they walk right bye you and ignore you or stand and stare at you. But last couple times we have went they have finally started getting things right more often but still takes forever sometimes to get someone take our order. Maybe they'll get them kids in line one day

Came through the drive-through around 1 PM wasn’t very busy placed the mobile order whenever I got my food they forgot my daughter straw with her happy meal and my straw. They also forgot my daughter sauce, which she was very upset about couldn’t even eat her fries… Which were very cold by the way Also with her movie kids they gave her a grass block as a toy come on now do better oh also, I got the adult meal in which they didn’t even place it in the Minecraft packaging which is available every McDonald’s so basically they are charging a few dollars just for the same meal. Hmph unbelievable
