(It's close to Watauga Lake, about 1/2 hr. drive from Elizabethton.)The food is authentic and sooo delicious. Try the fresh spring rolls and the Thai Red Curry with fresh Kaffir lime leaves - the flavors were perfect.The restaurant is easily accessible, service is swift and friendly, and the entire place is very clean. There is plenty of parking right out front.Give it a try, you'll love it.“
