We stopped at this beautiful winery in Butler, Tn enroute to the Airbnb we are renting nearby. As Shaboozey says in the bar song, “ Oh my, Good Lord”. They have a great space and we enjoyed wine and awesome pizza out on the back patio. Ashlynn was amazing and treated us like regulars even though it was our first time. We will definitely be back soon. We loved our visit.

Hey a another phenomenal pizza and a fantastic waitress, Ashlynn, who went above and beyond to make sure we had every single thing we needed. Unfortunately, they have stopped serving wine flights and you have to go to the bar to do a tasting which doesn't allow you to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating as you explore their different wine options. I think it's an effort to sell more bottles of wine but it produced the opposite. I had one mediocre glass of wine and have no idea how others would have tasted as opted to visit with my friends instead of a bar tender.

We had such a great day at Watuga winery. Ashlyn was our server and she was fantastic. Wine was yummy but can I just say, the pizza was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Yum.

This place is such a great vibe for a lazy weekend exploring the mountains, tasting great wine and enjoying friendly and laid back service. The staff were soo cheerful and friendly (like you could tell they really enjoyed their job), the pizza was superb and the wine had a great variety to choose from. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a trip in the mountains and some unique wine.

Just went for the first time this weekend with some friends and definitely will be back! The margarita pizza was incredibleeeeeeee and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Didnt realize we had such a cool place so close!

Great wine and pizza! Very nice seating inside and outside. Would suggest if hostess is not going to be at station in front, you have sign that would say seat yourself. Saw people coming in puzzled where they should go.

Wine, pizza, live music ! The drive to the winery is beautiful and peaceful . The atmosphere and staff are top notch , the pizza is delish with the best cheese pull. The wine selection is fantastic, something for everyone ! The thing I loved the most before visiting is how well ran the socials are . You always know what music , wine , and events they are offering! The staff is very knowledgeable and so kind . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Watauga Lake Winery on August 4th! The food was wonderful! If you haven't tried the gluten free pizza, you should. The crust is really nice and crispy! The staff does a really great job there!
