I arrived late afternoon and had the opportunity to chat with my server who was also the owner’s daughter. This wonderful family moved from the Dominican Republic 16 years ago and brought with them some very original versions of Mexican cuisine. The chips and salsa are incredibly flavorful and delicious, and I enjoyed the generous fish tacos crafted with large chunks of fried Tilapia and made in traditional fashion.
