I ate lunch there today with a couple of friends. I had the most tender pork shoulder I've ever had with homemade potato salad and baked beans. My friends had Ribs that fell off the bone slaw and fries. Brat with peppers/onion and fries. Everything was delicious and the service was great.
Randomly picked a local establishment, when driving through Carthage. So glad I ended up at this cute little place. I had the BBQ sandwich and it was perfect. The people were so friendly and the guests all seemed happy and like regulars. Check it out!

Hardtime's BBQ had amazing ribs and pulled pork. The pork shoulder was tender and could eat with a fork. The homemade potato salad and baked beans was like grandma made. The BBQ sandwich was perfect. The staff and service was great and friendly. People was peaceful and pleasant and the atmosphere was cute and little. The brat with peppers/onion and fries was good. The 1/2 rack ribs was delicious. Friends and guests was happy and like regulars. Everyone who worked there was sweet and nice. They definitely go back.
